Great location, the hotel in new and just near the Besancon citadel.
The breakfast is good, but not a lot of variety.
The hotel has private parking.

The hotel is in the back yard. However, it is very tastefully designed.
The only annoying thing was that, although we had made a reservation, we couldn't get a parking space
and so had to walk about 0.5 km in the rain

Cet hôtel est vraiment bien situé pour visiter à pied les musées de la ville qui sont vraiment très intéressants. C'est un bâtiment ancien qui a beaucoup de charme et la chambre, petite mais très propre est fonctionnelle. Les personnes à l'accueil sont charmantes et accueillantes. Le parking étant limité il faut penser à réserver à l'avance.

Ayant réservé une chambre premium, je pensais séjourner dans le bâtiment principal historique et non dans l’annexe dénué de caractère. Les photos présentent seulement des chambres avec poutres pour ce niveau là. La possibilité d’une annexe n’est pas évoquée et seul le bâtiment historique est présent sur les photos. C’est décevant, sachant cela j’aurais réservé un autre hôtel. De même, nous n’avons pas pris le petit-déjeuner puisqu’il était servi dans le bâtiment principal et non l’annexe. Cependant, le personnel est irréprochable. La chambre est propre et spacieuse mais un deuxième support de valise serait bienvenu. La situation est également agréable.

Très déçu par ce Best Western. Les chambres et salles de bain sont très petites. Les chambres n'ont pas été faites la première nuit. C'est la première fois que je vie cette expérience dans un hôtel de 3 étoiles. Petit déjeuner correct. Gros problème de parking. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Agréable soirée au Best Western Citadelle
Venu pour une soirée à Besançon à l'occasion d'un spectacle au Scénacle, j'ai été ravi de pouvoir bénéficier d'un logement à proximité immédiate de la salle de spectacle, celui-ci étant propre et comprenant toutes les commodités pour y passer un bon séjour.
