Nous sommes allés pendant le FIFAD (Festival International du Film Alpin) et avons passés 3 excellents jours. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. Le service est légendaire et le personnel extrêmement aimable. Le petit déjeuner très bon. Malheureusement nous n'avons pas utilisé l'espace SPA.

Hôtel récemment rénové et réaménagé avec goût dans un style montagne contemporain. Chambres bien équipées et silencieuses. Cuisine de bon niveau avec une offre demi-pension de bon rapport qualité/prix. Très bonne carte des vins. Service efficace et aimable avec un contact client chaleureux. Très proche du village, de l'arrêt de bus postal et de certains départs de randos.

Excellente expérience dans cet hôtel des Diablerets. Personnel au top, accueillant et charmant. Dans la salle du petit-déjeuner, beaucoup de personnel le matin pour prendre les commandes des boissons. Très joli buffet, varié et appétissant. Très bonne situation de l'hôtel, en dehors de la rue principale du village et donc au calme. Moins de 5 minutes pour se rendre dans les rues commerçantes.

Nous avons trouvé l’hôtel très propre et bien agencé, bien situé en dehors des grands axes routiers ce qui permet d’offrir à la clientèle des nuits très sereines ( en plus des bons matelas et oreillers ), nous dormions au dessus de l’entrée et proche de la sortie des ascenseurs mais nous n’avons entendu aucun bruit durant les nuits ! Le personnel y est très sympathique et serviable! Nous avons bien aimé le petit déjeuner qui était très complet.. Il était juste dommage que la carte de bienvenue n’offre pas accès aux remontées mécaniques gratuitement ! Nous reviendrons sans hésitation
