Place needs an overhaul. Musty/mold and noise starts between 7-7:30am on first floor. Broken bed and we paid to sleep here!!! Slept one night out of 9 after I figured out boxspring was broken and maintenance made it tolerable.The mattress was sinking because there was no center support in the bedframe for the boxspring. At first I was told to get a mattress pad. They made NO adjustments to my bill for this. Someone knew bed was broken because the covering for the bottom was off and boxspring broken wood slats improperly “fixed” with brackets . Then they charged me for another night even though we left. This was not a vacation and I am a Floridian. I would NEVER send anyone here. What an awful experience.

Property is old and run down. The room looked clean but smelled musty. The queen bed was actually a pull out from the wall. There was no staff after 10 so they were unable to help and when we spoke to them off our concerns in the morning they were incredibly unhelpful and rude. Will not be returning.

Cute but dated. Needs a little bit of repair; bathroom ceiling needs to be replaced, new curtains in living room/kitchen area. A/C in bathroom needs to be replaced or Freon add. Very clean and the staff were very friendly and polite.

Elevator was out and hot water heater broken. No water for a day we were there. It was fine. They were very accommodating.

This is a great example of a classic Florida 90s condo time capsule the sound of the water on the balcony and view was wonderful very close to the beach pool was great we loved our stay it felt very homey me and my wife plan on visiting again

It's an older place but well kept. Sharon at the front desk was great. Gave us lots of information about the place.
Great to be only a couple of minutes walk to the beach with a stop back at the pool

Quiet spot on the Beach
What a great place for a quiet stay! It is a quaint little place, that was a perfect spot to stay. It isn't fancy, but clean and quiet. I felt safe. I was so surprised when I got to my room and found that I was oceanfront. What a treat! The staff was great, and very helpful for any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again!!
