Complete ghouls and scumbags. When a family member dies who is stuck in one of these horrible time shares, they aggressively take legal action against the living relatives to try and force continued maintenance payments. Multiple harassing letters from lawyers to every member of the family as they try to trick people into sending them free money.

Quick weekend getaway at which we were VERY happy with everything about our stay. I love to swim and the pool was large and over 8 feet deep..a huge plus!!! 🏊♂️

Bike week
Room smelled like mildew, check out was 10? Which I mistakenly thought it was 11…seems early. Check out instructions included stripping the bed? Expensive stay to have to ***** your own bed and no daily service….

This was a great location to stay at. You're close to shopping and restaurants. The pool is amazing and the cool deck on your feet is wonderful in August in Florida. The unit was very spacious and clean. The bed was great not to hard or too soft. The balcony was nice but the pigeon poop wasn't. The pigeon poop was all in the AC unit. This bothered me not my husband. The inside ACunit didn't cool the apartment enough. There was also some traces of dirt on the louvers. Everything else was Fantastic. The view waa Amazing and the staff was very kind and knowledgeable.

We always stay here when we go to Ormond! Great pool, beach access, bar and grille on sight. Never even have to leave the hotel!

She denied us and cancelled our timeshare presentation. Because of that I paid too much to come here because they charged 25 a day for amenities as well, so we are not coming back.
