Asia Novo Boutique Hotel - Ormoc

I have already written 2 reviews about this hotel and that is fine.. read them. Yes.. in the bathroom the ceiling is full of mold and the water hose is leaking and the sink and toilet seat are loose.. I would say replace that bathroom in 301. I am writing again now to report the following. I was supposed to stay 2 nights, it became 10, mainly because of the beautiful surroundings, read other reviews and the coziness after 4 pm on the boulevard. However, what this review is about, at the moment I checked out I was presented with a bill of 30 piso (50 euro cents) !!.. because I bought a bottle of water on the very first day !! I never buy water in hotels, always at 7/11 or 1piso from the machine to refill. Moreover, I pay immediately everywhere or put the bar somewhere in a hotel in the room, but also keep track of it myself. I had often bought a cup of hot water for 10p in the following days.. something like that, never experienced... to be able to make coffee in the room... must also be service, certainly considering the high room price. Ergo, I know for sure that I did not buy that bottle... of course I did pay. I left disappointed.. why didn't I say it sooner I thought... and as a solo traveler I had so much fun with the ladies at the reception and security.. every day again Moral. Suppose I had/hadn't bought it, then with a little service you still let 30p pass as a hotel.
