Old and in bad neighborhood or area. Not real breakfast as advertised, would stay again if activity was close. Less than a mile from the Fairgrounds. Not good if with kids. Staff was polite and helpful that’s why it gets to 3

This is a budget hotel - compared to other high price hotels in area. It is my "go-to" when I attend an event in Orlando for just overnight; it is close to downtown within 10 min drive - however, it is located on main road and area seems to be a bit "industrial" mixed in with lots of brick & motar but not many usual food places or markets and some may get the vibe the area is a "bit sketchy" - but again, you get what you pay for. I use this hotel because of price and as a single woman traveling I have never had any personal problems when staying here - but I keep alert always everywhere - and it is just for overnight. Rooms & furniture really show their age - not at all like official pictures - no bugs, clean for its age - again - I can handle it since it is only for overnight. Staff and management, for little interaction, have always been pleasant, no problems. I plan - at this point - to continue using this hotel for my overnight trips to Orlando.

Front desk guys are very pleasant they serve Breakfast,!!!The room was huge with a nice big comfy king bed, pullout couch, nice TV nice bathroom really good value Neighborhood OK, but the Walmart a mile away is clutch near downtown, which is a +2 buses that go by very friendly staff. I would totally stay here again. You won’t get a better value for the size Of the room Comfy beds, modern design

Stayed here for two nights because I was going to a local concert that was about a 15 minute walk, the room was clean, but outdated, a lot of sketchy people around the area and honestly as long as I had air conditioning and a cold shower, at the end of the night I really didn’t care, breakfast was also standard waffle maker some questionable yogurt as well as cereal and fruit. but the price was pretty cheap. Will probably stay there again to be honest.

We were hesitant to book after reading reviews, but were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Staff was friendly, the room was clean, bright and everything worked and was stocked. It was in close proximity to Camping World Stadium and made our attendance at The Rolling Stones concert much easier. The hotel price helped ease the expense of the tickets.

It was a great stay and staff very helpful. I would recommend and book again . I booked 4 more nights ! Thank you I would also refer friends and family. It was a smooth transition and easy booking. The breakfast was also good and the staff was very friendly
