Cannot cancel trip because of hurricane Milton. They don't have generators or a hurricane plan in place. This is the only response the robotic employee kept giving. They claim that they were not even aware of a hurricane, it has only beenn on every news station for the last 2 days.

HORRIBLE SERVICE… 3 CONSECUTIVE DAYS HAD ISSUES WITH THE POOL TEMPERATURE AND IT FILTERING THE WATER WHICH IT FAILED TO DO, LEAVING US FORCED TO SWIM IN DIRTY SALTY WATER SINCE USING THE POOL WAS A MAJOR PART OF THE STAY. POOL SIDE FIRE HAD NO WAY OF RUNNING AND EVEN WHEN WE ASKED, NO SOLUTION WAS GIVEN HOW TO RUN IT. COMPLETE LACK OF ACTUAL SERVICE. BABY BOTTLE WAS LEFT ON THE FLOOR BY A PREVIOUS PERSONS STAY, PONY TAIL RUBBERBAND LEFT ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR BY PREVIOUS PERSON STAY, CLUMPS OF HAIR LEFT ON THE STAIRS UPON CHECK IN. WONT BE USING VILLATEL IN THE FUTURE.
