NO LO RECOMIENDO. CUCARACHAS CARPIOTAS EN EL CUARTO, se ve muy descuidado, mobiliario en mal estado. NO CUMPLEN LO QUE OFRECEN al momento de reservar: sin previo aviso no dieron servicio de restaurante el día 25 y al reservar eso no lo aclararon, y ofrecían 1 desayuno incluido, el día 26 no quisieron reponer el desayuno del día anterior que faltaba.

Solo dire que me amenazaron con que si no llegaba antes de la hora del Ckeck In me cancelaban la habitación.

Falta de Cumplimiento de protocolos COVID
El Hotel esta bien ubicado, el estacionamiento es muy incomodo y es compartido con otros establecimientos por lo cual es limitado, el personal no seguía los protocolos mínimos de Sanidad como el Uso del Cubrebocas y al terminar la estancia me hicieron esperarme para revisar la Habitación antes de poder Salir.

Mal realice mi reservación para una habitación doble al llegar al hotel me querían dos habitaciones cabe mencionar que viajaba con esposa y dos hijos pequeños aun así yo marque aproximadamente una hora antes de llegar al hotel y no me hicieron el comentario

servicio aceptable
Satisfecho con el servicio principalmente en cuanto a la relacion costo-beneficio. Es un hotel barato que carece de lujos y servicios excesivos. El desayuno incluido muy basico(poco) y me extraña que ni siquiera dejan una botella de agua en las habitaciones
