Excelente.
El lugar está muy bien ubicado, es perfecto para pasar unos días en Orizaba, sin que esperes estar mucho tiempo en las habitaciones, ya que son pequeñas, pero muy cómodas, el espacio muy limpio, de fácil acceso,siempre y cuando estés familiarizado con el sistema de acceso automatizado y obtengas la información con tiempo, para poder llegar sin probñemas.

Staff were nice, but they only run one shift, 3 to 1030
Daily maid service provided
very good location
Good hot Showers.
Negatives
Purchased a larger room with sofa bed not provided, Front desk says they don't have those anymore
Kitchenette has no stove
Phones in the room do not work.
The hotel's phone system is shut down
The room is so dark, very weak light bulbs
At night when I'm using the microwave in the kitchen, I have to use my flashlight on my phone just to see the numbers on the microwave.
Three flights of stairs to get to the lobby
No elevator
This hotel's not for old people they have to use a lot of stairs
Feel like I overpaid for this hotel
