No sense of hospitality. Efficient overall; however, not up to pat with a 4 star hotel. Reataurant looks and feels like a cafeteria, staff do not have any sense of service nor they care.

Lovely hotel, fantastic location right on the beach, food was great as were the staff, I stayed in January, I can imagine it being fabulous in the summer time 👍🏼👍🏼

I must say that as an old resort hotel, the location is very good.
Facilities: Although old, but complete.
Hygiene: Good, acceptable
Environment: Perfect, great for watching sunrise and sunset. Thanks to Ctrip, I got a sea view room on the 8th floor (the highest floor), which is so beautiful for taking photos
