Nice place with new rooms. Very clean. The pool is ok, but located just facing the ballroom, so when there is an event, the guests come to lurk in the window.

We loved our stay here for the April eclipse. The room was spacious, the hotel felt clean and modern, and the staff was extra nice, even dispensing free eclipse glasses for the event. We had one slight issue with the window not fully closing and it was fixed promptly. A great couples' weekend away!

If you are there for a room only, you are in luck. If you planned on using the game room or pool, then think again. The hot tub was large and warm, but with a sulfur aroma to go along with ring of sludge around the water line. The pool table was missing a ball and not much else to do. There is no outdoor lounging area to speak of. The staff was very friendly and the rooms clean and spacious.

We went to celebrate my birthday in this amazing place. From the first step we were treated with attention and care. The chef aroma made extinguished custom made vegan rissoto. The maître d’hôtel goes above and beyond his call of duty to make things happen. If you you are looking for a place to celebrate life and live, don’t go further. This is the ONE.

Nous y séjournons régulièrement avec les enfants et c’est notre hôtel préféré dans les Cantons de l’Est ! Les lofts sont superbes et spacieux pour la famille, les enfants adorent la piscine, spa et salle de jeux. Le gymnase est grand et moderne. Service et qualité dans les 2 restaurants impeccables. Rien à dire au niveau de la chambre et du personnel d'accueil. Par contre, au niveau de la gestion d'événements, pas terrible. Très rigide et certains membres du personnel étaient très peu courtois, voire à la limite arrogant. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit à quiconque désire y tenir un événement corporatif (party de Noel, congrès, etc.)

Pire expérience homme homme de ménages menace les enfants et les traites de noms est impoli . Nous louons une salle pour être respectueux afin de ne pas déranger mais ils nous expulsent de celle-ci parce que nous ne pouvons pas boire dans celle-ci notre boisson ! Le foyer de la chambre de fonctionne pas aucun dédommagement! Le ménage laisse a désirer comptoir four salle ! Lavabo de salle de bain et comptoir je retrouve des faux cils a mon arrivée ! Décevant pour le prix

Personnel Arrogant, impoli avec les enfants, on ne se sent pas bienvenues. Le personnel fait du zèle. Ils sont racistes. Nous ne reviendrons pas malheureusement. Nous avons encouragé cet hôtel et nous avons été réellement déçus!

J’ai vraiment adoré ce petit hôtel charmant avec de belles chambres modernes (sans tapis) et une piscine chauffée intérieur avec accès extérieur + spa. Près de la montagne pour marcher ou skier l’hiver. J’ai mis 4 car les salles de bains gagneraient à être rafraîchies, avec une douche plus moderne mais propre malgré tout. Les deux restaurants (pub et régulier) servent des plats succulents (choix santé autant que plus gourmands). Options sans gluten et lactose…
