We found a bedbug crawling across one of the beds in our room. This did not seem to surprise the front desk clerk at all, though he reported he'd never seen any bedbugs there before. He quickly offered us a different room on another floor. We accepted and entered the new room only to discover *another* bedbug in that room, crawling up the wall next to the bed. The clerk was, again, unsurprised (but pleasant and helpful) when we returned to the desk for a refund (on our way to another hotel). All of the staff, in fact, were kind and pleasant. But a hotel full of bedbugs is a real nightmare that nobody (especially the staff) should have to deal with. Having them in one room is understandable. Having them crawling around in the open, in two rooms, on two floors, is likely an infestation. Don't stay here until management can assure the public they have addressed it!
