Salem is the capital of Oregon, but the city hall was closed. The hotel room is the smallest I've stayed in along the way, and the service is OK. Several rooms on the second floor face the compressor platform, and we had to change it twice before it stopped making noise. The breakfast is a freshly made set meal, which is very delicious.

I stayed at this hotel just because it was cheap. The breakfast was not self-service and needed to be ordered. There was no such a good environment, so it felt tasteless. There was no other way. There were many one-way streets in this city, and the four-lane road was very luxurious.

My stay here was absolutely amazing! The staff was very friendly and everything was best and tidy. The restaurant inside served delicious food and was very kind in preparing it for me to eat in my room.

Room was nice, staff needs work.
Overall it was a decent experience. The staff was not always friendly but overall they were okay. There was a gentlemen at the desk who was extremely friendly and helpful but two women were not very kind to us. We had a special needs child with us who makes noises involuntarily but they still continually told us to keep him quiet. The water pressure in the shower was absolutely horrible. The room was nice but we paid for complimentary breakfast but at the last minute was told that we did not get breakfast. It was a decent stay, the pool was nice but the staff could use some retraining.
