We were greeted by a friendly man at the front desk. Check-in was fast and efficient. Our room was clean with a full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and it was extremely quiet in our room all night. It was nice to have a shower vs. a bathtub. Decent breakfast too.

Stopped here on the way to Minnesota! Stayed a night! Rather nice hotel but the fridge needed some cleaning done on the top of it. There was dust that seemed to be there for quite some time. Other than that, the room was pretty clean. Staff were friendly and courteous! Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast. Not bad tho. If traveling through the area, I would stay again.

Booked this using points. Ended up staying two nights unexpectedly. Staff accommodated my request to stay in the same room after booking the second night with points as well. All staff seems kind. The place overall was clean and quiet. We had a king accessible room and it was very spacious. They had laundry and you could get quarters at the front desk.

Worth the money. I really enjoy Marriott chain hotels, this one delivered. Hotel offers everything you would need. Excellent location, right near interstate, many good choices for meals in walking distance.

We stayed at TownePlace Suites for 6 nights and were very pleased with the accommodation. We had stayed here a few years ago and still found it very good and suitable for our needs. Our suite was nice and spacious and the furnishings and all kitchen facilities were all good. We would book again for a future visit.

Hotel seemed to be updated recently. The room was clean and large. We stayed in a King Suite, with the bathroom door right beside the bed. I thought that was a bit odd, but still a nice big room. The breakfast was a good, with waffles, eggs, sausage links and biscuits & gravy. The Internet was of decent speed. The elevators were centrally located. There was an indoor pool & fitness, but we didn’t use either. This is around 15 minutes from the Toledo Zoo. The front desk was excellent! They knew our names and that my son was there for his birthday. Just a nice touch! The only reason for the 4, is the location. It can be difficult to get to at first. The sign for TownePlace & Hilton is almost hidden behind some trees. You can spot them, but it takes a bit to realize how to get back there. The easiest way is to turn into the Sonics entrance and follow that road back. That seems to be the actual road to the hotels, but you can get to it through the Wendy’s parking lot as well. I would stay here again.

We had a great overnight stay. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of choices, the breakfast attendant was especially pleasant. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice to find a hotel at that price range, that offered so much in the room. Generous room size. Everything you would need for weekend getaway. Perfect for family, could bring all the food for kids. Full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove top and microwave. Including all dishes and cooking supplies. Great location, close to I280 and I-75. Super front desk people. Hard trouble with TV, tried several different things, finally the young woman working afternoon shift came to my room and fixed. Many thanks did not want to miss OHIO State game.

We were on our way to New York from Wisconsin and stopped here for the night with our two teens. The parking lot was very well lit and we felt comfortable leaving our full car in front of the hotel. Tabatha checked us in - she was kind and efficient. We used our points for the room at only 12,500- not too bad at all. The room was very clean, good sized, well stocked and extremely quiet. The beds were comfortable, linens clean and soft and the bathroom was well appointed. The only issue was the thermostat did not work as we wanted the fan on for white noise. The room was warm enough and we were very tired so we just went to sleep. We did tell the employee at the desk before leaving that the thermostat was not working and more than likely needed batteries. The breakfast was very basic and the eating area was very clean. The lobby appeared clean and bright. For our needs it checked all the boxes.
