Location - one of the prettiest we have visited in Europe, and quiet, but only 15 mins walk from Orebic town. Room - we booked via TUI and kept the standard room which was more than adeqate for a week. Bed was very comfortable and coffee and tea offered daily was very welcome. Atomosphere - felt welcoming and considerate. Large reception area with comfy chairs as well as tables. Small bar which served balcony outside and reception area which guests used most evenings. Activities were varied, well organised and the evening entertainment (quizzes) was great fun - all down to two very congenial activity hosts who welcomed everyone to join in. Value - VFM absoutely, other than the swimming pool which was just too cold for us - we were very disappointed as we love swimming. The pool was actually colder than the sea. This was confirmed by seeing very few people using the pool. Service - any requests we made were actioned straight away. Cleanliness - very clean everywhere as I looked - have managed facilities in my work enironment so know where to look. Amenities - games rooms, two balconies to sit out on as well as one in the restaurant area. Swimming Pool - lovely size and lots of sunloungers - plenty for everyone on the beach and round the pool. However, we sat on the beach area as the pool was just too cold - about 18-19C. Maybe we will look for a hotel next with an indoor as well as an outdoor pool - so we get some exercise. Food - We booked half board and then nearer the travel date were asked by TUI if we wanted to top up to Full Board plus (breakfast, lunch, dinner and house wine at meal, which was very good value. It was buffet style but food was generous in amount and choice, always available and topped up frequently. Cuisine was mediterranean and Croatian which I loved. All in all a really enjoyable holiday, with daily walks to the town, ferry rides to nearby Korcula. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would return again outselves but maybe in September when pool is warmer.

First of all get a massage, he's brilliant. The staff are all great and hotel is very clean and the views are breathtaking. But what let's this hotel down is the luke warm water in the morning shower and on Tuesday and Friday no hot water at all,I spoke to gentleman at reception and he told me to run it for 15 minutes! Tried for 30 minutes to no avail. The towels were very thin. Then on Wednesday, 87 school kids arrived, The restaurant that night and breakfast next morning was chaos after a lot of complaints They fed them earlier on Thursday evening. Apologies for the rant, but this hotel is not up to 4 star standards.

The setting for this hotel is absolutely stunning with fantastic views of the islands including Korcula are stunning. Unfortunately the hotel has been overrun by unruly children on a school trip running riot through the hotel from 06-30 until after midnight. The management don't appear to be able to control the situation and the teachers definitely can't. Nor do TUI who have said it's beyond their control (don't forget TUI's mantra we're always here to help!!!!!), couldn't be further from the truth. Absolutely useless. So if you want a quiet hotel DO NOT BOOK HERE...........

Just come back from an amazing week at the Aniness grand Azur Hotel. The view from the hotel are breathtaking, staff are friendly helpful. Very clean fresh towels everyday bed changed. The hotel food was ok, you could always find something to eat the salads were lovely and fresh. Breakfast was better. A lot of people were complaining about the shower, it was luke warm a few times but didn't spoil my holiday. And a lot of complaints wete made about the party of kids that turned up, they were loud but were only there 2 days, didn't interfere with us. Overall it was better than I expected. You must do the wine tour well worth it!! Excellent guide. Also Korcula is well worth a visit its beautiful. Only 2 euros on foot ferry. And orebic town has some lovely restaurants.

Horrible hotel with fake 4 stars!! No hot shower water on the morning! Think carefully before booking! The food is good and tasty, but everything else is terrible. Except for the view of course, but that's not enough for a hotel that sells itself as a 4-star hotel.
