The hotel, you really can't say more, Eva, who managed everything in the hotel for us, is a 9.9 in friendliness and professionalism. Not like the trip.com app that left both parties sold with little clarity in the reservation sent to both parties. But the jotel, totally recommended, I will surely return.

Sólo estuvimos en el Restaurante, pero el amor que le ponen a los platos que sirven preparados por Jordi, el cocinero, y la elegancia en el trato y simpatía exquisita de la recepcionista, nos dejaron gratamente sorprendidos. Petit hôtel de montagne familial de deux étages, a un quart d’heure d’Andorre, simple et sans chichi mais propre et accueillant. On sent que cet hôtel au charme désuet est très bien entretenu. Il y a même un ascenseur. La dame à la réception est sympathique et fait l’effort de parler français, Chambre bien équipée. Bien chauffée, télévision avec les chaînes françaises. Wifi ok. Literie et oreillers de bonne qualité. Salle de bain fonctionnelle, a part la cabine de douche qui est vraiment tres petite.. le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est au prix de 9 euros par personne et les produits sont très bons. Nous sommes venus avec une WonderBox mais nous reviendrons avec plaisir car nous trouvons le rapport qualité prix tres correct.

To be a 3 star hotel, quite good. Clean and very friendly people really. The furniture is a bit old, but let's freak out because the TV in the room had free Netflix. Of course, the heating is too high... we will repeat for a mini getaway, just to sleep!
