The surrounding environment of the hotel is suitable for skiing and hiking, and the service staff has a very good attitude! The room is clean and hygienic. I hope to go there again.

Hotel is nice and clean. Hotel staff was amazing and very helpful as well. It’s is just a step from chairlift (20 m) so very comfortable. Food was acceptably good for a breakfast and supper. There are few pubs and restaurants nearby so no problem. Very well recommended for big families.

Im not one to ever leave reviews We traveled as a group of 8 (4 adults 4 kids) Rooms- 2 single beds and a sofa bed for the kids, rooms are like something from 1991 dated, long and narrow magnolia on tap. Location-brilliant for the chair lift but thats about it you have to catch a bus into town and back make sure you have cash for the bus. Staff-rude very aggressive in the way they speak. Restaurant-absolute shambles they had booked a private party of 30 in to the restaurant meaning there was no room For guests ,food is very limited and no good for kids. All in all i would say dont bodder staying here not worth the hassle.

A hotel is part of your holiday experience and this hotel almost spoiled ours - the mountains are the saving grace. The staff are rude - any question we asked reception was met with abrupt and rude responses, the beds were so hard we woke up every morning with bad backs and aching sides, the half board is limited and repetitive, the food is all soaked in oil and for the size of the hotel the selection is limited, the gym is some old cardio equipment and the sauna and steam room is 8euros to sit in a room on a plastic chair next to the kids playroom so the whole time you here screaming and banging. The skiing was good and we were next to the lift but the town is not that big that location is important

Fantastic Hotel! We have just returned from a weeks stay in Yomo Patagonia with half board. What a lovely hotel, fantastic food, staff and hotel rooms (ours had a bath). Our whole stay was made very comfortable and all the staff had one aim and that was to make a perfect and memorable stay. The restaurant provided consistently amazing and appetising food that was fresh, hot and with lots of variety and also plentiful. We were welcomed every evening in the restaurant by lovely Florencia and shown to our table. The wine was not included in our package but was very reasonably priced. Our room was very comfortable and cleaned daily to a very high standard, with a small kitchenette and kettle, fridge and table and chairs. The location of the hotel was virtually next to the chairlift (using skis or ordinary footwear) which takes you up to the skiing area . For convenience, we hired a ski locker at the top of the chairlift. The hotel didn't have a dedicated ski room, but you could store your skis in the games room and use a padlock to secure them into the racks and take boots up to your room. A blue run (summer road) takes you from the ski area down to the bottom of the chair lift. The hotel was advertised (Crystal Ski) as a ski in/out which isn't strictly true as you cannot ski out of the hotel as there is no piste downwards. The village is a little walk which we didn't do. We took the chairlift up to the ski area and the gondola down to the village. There is a very reasonably priced supermarket next door to the Hunters restaurant. There is ample public parking outside the hotel. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as the perfect place to stay for a holiday in Arinsal. Enjoy!

We've just returned from our first skiing trip with our daughter we were travelling for 12 hours and arrived in the hotel after 9pm tired and hungry the check in started to go smooth until the receptionist asked for our payment we explained it was paid through our travel company because it was late on a Sunday evening he gave us our room key told us not to worry it would be sorted the next day but I emailed the travel company got a reply later with a number to call incase of emergencies my husband went down to reception the next morning for directions and a female receptionist was there she was very helpful and polite until my husband asked if the payment issue was resolved and her attitude completely changed demanding payment my husband explained that we were under the impression that it was paid and he would contact the company they were very apologetic and couldn't understand what happened but were willing to speak to the receptionist and explain that it was completely their fault and to apologise the receptionist wouldn't speak to them just kept demanding that we pay my husband ended up walking away I'm not saying the hotel were wrong in asking for payment but customer service goes a long way and this girl had none whatsoever

The positives Breakfast and evening meal Cleanliness of the hotel Location excellent for Arinsal Ski access Staff friendly (especially Florencina and the older gentleman in the restaurant) The negatives Tired decor in areas, but always clean and for the cost it's been amazing! I'm a vegetarian so food choices were very limited unfortunately.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Yomo Patagonia! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Matias and Florencia were particularly fantastic, always friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. A definite highlight was the table magic show by Marc the Magician! He was incredibly talented and entertaining, leaving us all amazed and delighted. The hotel itself located next to the chair lift was lovely, with comfortable rooms and great amenities. We can't wait to return to Yomo Patagonia for another magical experience!
