We were satisfied with the locations they offer and especially the area were the hotel is located is wonderful. In one point we were absolutely disappointed, that was concerning the less efforts they bring on the day, when we our daughter (7) lost here cuddly toy.
We left the toy in the room when we checked out, but realized it several hours later. The only answer we got from the men at the reception was, that they have a rule that everything what will be found, will be returned to the reception, but there was nothing returned on that day. We left our email address, but I have my concerns if the really take this topic seriously. For them it’s only a stuffed animal toy, for the kids it is much more!

La stanza non era quella descritta al momento della prenotazione Mancanza dell’acqua calda in cucina ( non era proprio collegato il tubo ) pulizia non al massimo e locali parecchio datati Staff preparato molto gentile servizio così così e un po’ trascurate le aree comuni … non ci tornerei

Volete tornare in un arredamento anni 70 ? Posto giusto ! Struttura grande ed economica camere con mobili in formica anni 70 spesso rovinati dal tempo . Letti scomodi . Andrebbe aggiornata con il tempo. Pulizia ok personale reception gentile

Ho soggiornato in questo resort per sette notti in appartamento con la mia famiglia. Ottima posizione e location con piscina attrezzata che ha una vista spettacolare. Qualche piccolo problema al ristorante il primo giorno lo abbiamo avuto ma come sempre sono le persone che possono risolvere tutto sto parlando di Matteo simpaticissimo, professionale che di concerto con i cuochi ci ha coccolato e risolto tutto.
