We stayed at Mardenit in June, we were in Spain for a wedding. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and Reuben is a magnificent host, our room was immaculate as was bathroom and was cleaned every day by lovely Magda, breakfast was fabulous, a lovely selection of continental ingredients, beautiful bread, cakes and gorgeous jams. My partner had scrambled and poached eggs and they were delicious. Reuben offers an honesty bar and while we didn’t use that in the lounge, we did on the private roof terrace while sunbathing up there on a morning. We also had a meal on the Friday evening, this is offered on Fridays and Saturdays, it was delicious. The town of Orba is delightful, the market square is about 70 steps from property and has two bars/restaurants which serve lovely tapas, live music takes place on some nights. We see st a beautiful Italian restaurant which had live music in the courtyard. We hired a car as we were at a wedding and picking up from airport and free parking is available a two minute walk from the hotel. I would 100% recommend Hotel Mardenit and we hope to visit again soon.

Pequeño hotel boutique de 5 Bonitas habitaciones, con muchísimos detalles y decoración muy cuidada. Dispone bajo reserva y pago extraz de jacuzzi en azotea. Uso privado bajo reserva durante dos horas. Desayuno de productos de cercanía excelente. Rubén, el propietario, pendiente en todo momento de lo que necesites y super cercano. Hotel tranquilo en el precioso pueblo de Orba (interior), a solo 20/30 minutos de calas preciosas (Xabia, Calpe, Benissa, Denia, Altea,...). Volveremos sin dudarlo. Super recomendable.

Fuimos en pandemia, cuando solo podíamos movernos por la provincia. A tan poca distancia de nuestra segunda casa en Dénia, nos adentramos en otro mundo: el de la calma, la paz, el servicio cuidado sin agobios. Disfrutamos del jacuzzi en la terraza y de una cena gourmet hecha con mimo. Descubrimos el Cavall Verd, el poblado íbero de Segària y la rica historia del barro en Orba. Fue genial.

Merecido premio "SER VIAJEROS" al mejor hotel rural de la Comunidad Valenciana en 2023. Un pequeño y acogedor hotel en el que el día a día se comparte entre amigos. Las cómodas habitaciones con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, son una mezcla entre modernidad y tradición, en el que las paredes se convierten en lienzos y que disponen de balcones o terrazas que ofrecen magníficas vistas a la montaña o al casco antigua de esta pequeña localidad de poco más de 2300 habitantes a caballo entre el mar y la montaña. Numerosas rutas para largos paseos entre pinadas y barrancos y buenos restaurantes para un merecido descanso que puedes alargar con una sesión de jacuzzi en la terraza del propio hotel. Desayunos muy completos con productos artesanales de la región preparados con mimo por Magda. Puedes tomarlo en la habitación, en la terraza o en el acogedor salón habilitado para ello. No te olvides de visitar el horno tradicional que se encuentra justo enfrente y en el que podéis disfrutar de la tradición panadera que hoy en día se encuentra en extinción. Además, con la ventaja de poder compartir la experiencia con nuestra mascota que además nos ha acompañado sin limitaciones en todas las comidas en los numerosos restaurantes de la zona. En resumen, para volver sin dudar. Gracias por todo.

Wonderful hosts. Very accomodeting. Great suggestions for trips in the province. Obviously a great connection to the quiet village of Orba, beautiful surroundings. Lovely little bakery and coffee/ tapas place around the corner of the hotel. Thank you Ruben, for making our stay a great care-free experience.

Muy buena atención por parte de Rubén, el hotel tiene un encanto especial, es un lugar muy tranquilo para disfrutar de paisajes, naturaleza y sobre todo de la buena gente de Orba. Experiencia romántica de una noche. Es un lugar para "resetear" totalmente. Desde el momento en que realizas la reserva atención super personalizada por parte de Rubén. Cuida el más mínimo detalle. Excelente anfitrión. Te asesora en todo. La habitación excelente. El adjetivo excelente parece repetitivo pero es que es así. Un hotel, como dice, rural pero moderno. Instalaciones modernas y excelentes. Desayuno con productos autóctonos. El detalle de la cena nos dejó sorprendidos, una pasada, fue brutal. El jacuzzi en la azotea espectacular. Sin duda, es un paraíso al que volveremos. Quedamos encantados.
