The location is good, close to restaurants and supermarkets. I didn’t like that so many things were broken. The shelf in the bathroom was loose and tilted, the wall lights next to the beds needed tightened as well, as they flipped on the side. The bathroom door handle and lock didn’t work. We had some long dark hair in our room. A lot was broken or crooked.
It was ok for one night, but I wouldn’t stay longer. The girl at the desk was not very knowledgeable regarding her surroundings. I’ve asked about the Burren.
The Italian restaurant was good, the breakfast in the morning was good as well. However I emailed the hotel for gluten free options but I didn’t get any.

Cute, quietish (after restaurant hours). Most comfortable pillows in Ireland (still weird if you’re used to US). Heatwave made rooms uncomfortable but at least skylight windows opened. Shower had good temp and pressure. Ours was euro -style (aka no separation from toilet) and drained.

I booked this hotel because it was the most affordable option near Galway, and it was clear that this was a budget choice. Check-in was smooth, but I had to ask for my key. The staff member at the counter lacked professionalism and basic hospitality skills; her demeanor suggested she is unhappy in her role and has little regard for guests. We were given a larger room with two separate beds, but this layout was awkward and made the room feel uninviting. The bed was also uncomfortable. While the bathroom had all the essentials, the shower screen failed to prevent water from flooding the floor. Parking is inadequate; there simply isn't enough space for all the guests, and the parking spots are tight. Guests also have to contend with diners from the restaurant next door for parking. The only positive aspect of our stay was breakfast, which was offered by the Italian restaurant next door—not the hotel itself. I wouldn’t recommend it, as there are surely better alternatives. On the bright side, there is a great pub right next door, although, in Ireland, excellent pubs are a dime a dozen.

We were disappointed with our four night's B&B. The food was good. The breakfast was taken in the attached Bistro where we also took evening meals and arranged that they be paid for at the end of our visit. Disappointment No 1 During the second night we were kept awake by loud talking, singing, shouting and general rowdiness from what sounded like 3/4 intoxicated males. The noise was coming from beneath our first floor room - either in the Coach House yard, or immediately next door behind the pub. The latest noise we heard was 0215, when things went quiet. I reported the problem to the receptionist in the morning. She said she would speak to the night porter. That's all she said. No apology, or what she would speak to the porter about, and there was no feedback on any occasion after the complaint. Disappointment No 2. Following breakfast on our final morning, I asked to settle the bill before collecting our bags and handing in the keys. The receptionist gave me a till receipt which only covered the previous night's meal and drink. When I pointed out that it should include four evening meals, she simply said "Oh!". She spent some time tapping the computer screen and gave me another till receipt which was slightly lower than my mental calculations - about 8 euros lower. There was no apology or thank you for me pointing out her potential loss. I paid it and when returning to hand in our keys she said, "Oh, you still owe us 9 euros." When I asked what for she answered that the last bill was wrong. Again no apology. Being frustrated at her inefficiency and aloof manner I asked for a detailed breakdown of the correct bill before I would pay anything extra. After five minutes of screen tapping I then received a bill showing four simple lines of type showing a total for each day - not the detail I asked for, expecting the price of each meal and each drink. It did not explain how the paid bill was different from the final one. I protested while she was dealing with my credit card, told her I would post a poor review and left. She didn't say a word, either of apology for the inconvenience, or thank for pointing out her errors. They are so busy, both in the hotel, and the bistro/restaurant that customer service has been forgotten, and there is a serious training need in staff showing that they care and want to provide good service.

stayed at this hotel earlier this week and was surprised at how well its run. after a mix up with the room when we arrived the very helpful receptionist fixed us up with a lovely large room at no extra cost. the whole place was spotless clean and we had fresh towels, tea, coffee and everything else we needed every morning. The breakfast was perfectly cooked and piping hot served by a very attentive waitress. will certainly stay again. Check this place out you wont be disappointed.

Stayed here for a weekend as the hotel offered three adult share in the same room. Hotel is located in tye Town of Oranmore which is a lovely location within easy reach of Galway. Hotel room was recently refurbished and had plenty of room, space and facilities. Beds were very comfy and bathroom a recent size. Only downside to the room is that the hotel is located over the Brewery Pub and Italian Restaurant so there is some noise until around 1 am but closing the double layered windows soon isolated that. Also the bathroom floor is really deadly when wet and crying out for walk in shower. Location is perfect for local pubs, bars and restaurants and having the Italian restaurant linked where breakfast is served is brilliant. Defo Worth going for the breakfast option in the hotel booking as the full Irish was plentiful and perfect start to the day. Bus stops outside taking you straight into Galway. Definitely stay here again.

This is a nice and quiet place to stay. There is parking on site and the breakfast was good. The staff was polite and friendly. It's a good location if you want a nice, clean place to stay that's outside of Galway but close enough for access.

Excellent
the food was great and we loved the place. Took us a minute to find parking, though, on a busy Saturday night.
