The Oriana was perfectly located for us. We loved the Peacock restaurant and the bar was so cosy and welcoming. Team on the front desk was helpful and courteous.

Lucky me! I rang the venue and organised a room, and on my arrival, I was surprised to find that I had been upgraded. The room was large, the pillows amazing, and the heater in the bathroom made showering a delight in the cold winter. The car parking was very generous, so you weren't worried about someone denting your car's door. I will come back, and this time I will upgrade my room.

I was so impressed with the Oriana, Orange. From the moment I booked, to check in and dinner, every staff member I came in contact with was happy, helpful, efficient and basically lovely. Even as we drove out at 6:50am this morning a friendly wave and smile from the house keeping staff… doesn’t sound like much but I have traveled extensively to many large five star venues and believe me it’s rare. Dinner was so lovely the food amazing and again the staff in the restaurant and the bar (lovely cocktails) were just so friendly and efficient. The little touches water bottle by the bed, a fruit basket, a chocolate, cookies and a complimentary wine, beer or spirit in the bar wasn’t expected but was a lovely touch. Very clean and comfortable and thank you for having my heater on it was lovely and warm. I will definitely stay here again.

Very friendly, comfortable and clean motel. We spent three nights at the Oriana and very much enjoyed it. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and the room was really comfortable and cozy and clean and well equipped. The breakfast was excellent and great value also. We didn’t love the Christmas in July dinner, wouldn’t do that again but we’d definitely stay at the Oriana again. In fact I’m already looking forward to it!

Externally when you drive in from the street your initial thought is you have landed at an old 60's motel which is well maintained and not a bit run down. However, the rooms are well styled, air conditioned with new bathrooms and have very comfortable bedding. The whole ambience, otherwise to the external appearance, is of a luxury resort with complimentary drinks and snacks and high-end furniture and fittings, soaps and hand lotion in the room. The public areas in the bar and restaurant are eclectic and welcoming and the staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. In summer the pool area with outside bar and seating would be a great place to wind down. Ideal accommodation for a weekend get away with friends. We enjoyed a Christmas in July dinner which was done extremely well.

This hotel exceeded our all expectations! The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful and the food was good. The bar and restaurant had a nice vibe and we were happy to stay and eat in the hotel one night. I would definitely come back to stay.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Loved our king suite. The bed linen was superb ! The organic chicken & scotch fillet ,may of been the best we’ve ever had in The Peacock dining room.! We will be back. Thank you Susan & Peter.

Such a great experience, lovely rooms, excellent service, fantastic restaurant really can't fault it at all. I cant wait to return and try the outside spaces when its not snowing, the pool and outdoor lounge areas look fantastic

My wife and I had 2 nights in Room 44 back in March. We were very impressed. Having just got a new car last week... let's go for a drive, where? Let's go back to The Oriana again ! Yes. We enjoyed it just as much, except the weather was better in March! In terms of feedback, keep doing what you are doing. - All the staff were friendly. That made a huge difference - Generous. No silly mini bar overcharging nonsense. - There's a vibe there. The outdoor stuff is great. Really making an effort shows - Great bar that does excellent cocktails - The Retro theme is great and done tastefully. - We ate both nights in the Peacock Room. The food was absolutely on-point. Highly recommend it. Graeme
