For a meeting abroad, the venue was at the Hyatt Hotel in the Convention and Exhibition Center. Because the reservation was late and there were no rooms there, I had to book around. I finally chose this one. It was during the meeting and the price was not cheap. Foreign hotels generally have relatively simple facilities. This hotel should not be considered a star, but overall it is clean and comfortable. It's okay to live alone. Like Ctrip's service, an episode appeared in the middle. Ctrip has been actively following up and finally helped to solve it.

The hotel was super clean and updated. Front staff was very friendly and it was quiet and we slept great. We came for Howl O Scream at Seaworld and expected there to be a shuttle available. They only had a shuttle for 30 minutes free after the event started so we ended up driving to a Seaworld and paying $30 to park as well as paying the fee to park at the hotel. They say it’s a 10 minute walk that is a lie and there is no good way to get there on foot. I was disappointed that there was no shuttle service especially when you are a Seaworld preferred hotel. The breakfast was so busy and unorganized, we had to wait for everything, they ran out of yogurt they ran out of eggs twice before we got to it. It was just not very good overall in my opinion. Not a lot of selection either. Overall good trip but beware they only have morning shuttle services to Seaworld

Smooth check in after arriving from a long trip with the assistance of Bruno (we don't talk about him). A very warm and kind person who made our little girl smile after giving out some Disney character stickers. Room (and bathroom) were very spacious and clean. Appliances (Fridge,microwave,dishwasher,cooktop) and utensils were in great working condition. Pool was of decent size. Clean towels were replenished and soiled ones were taken out in a timely manner. A few teens were playing football in the water and kind of disgruntled some guests who just wanted to have a good swim. One small kid almost got hit on her face. It would probably help for management to monitor so as to keep everyone safe and happy. Ordered food and a drink for dinner from the Bar and staff were very accomodating. Breakfast buffet was organized and had good choices to start your day. Small opened shop (adjacent to the check in counters) with basic food/drink options was available 24/7. We used their free shuttle service to and from Epcot (drivers were very nice and on time) . Would definitely come back and highly recommend the hotel to our family and friends.

Nice hotel and suitable family. Hotel is very nearest Universal Orlando and it just take 10 mins to the park. We are also enjoy the breakfast at hotel and there is a many choice.

Double trees always a nice hotel to stay at and the free cookies and check in or whenever you ask are always a delightful treat. For this day we found that there was really nothing around the hotel itself as far as other restaurant choices although it’s very close to universal and they have a shuttle bus which was convenient, we ended up moving to a location nearby that had many more restaurants around, the rooms were clean the pool areas. Nice the restaurants food was good although a little pricey if you would like to use the pool areas, I think this could be an excellent choice.

Disney Springs is right across the street. The pool area and lazy river are very well designed. The kiddie pool is perfect for children ages 0-5, and parents can sit back and relax while watching their kids play. The staff at the breakfast buffet was great and even asked us if we wanted a cup of coffee to go and she actually made us two new coffees for us to take away. We stayed in a fireworks viewing room, and we could see two different fireworks shows far away from our room every night from 9:00-10:00. The room was not very spacious, the interior was a bit dated and we had to put a towel in the slippery tub to prevent my child from falling.

Large suites, very good facilities, very clean.

We happened to come across the Residence Inn as our flights were delayed and we needed to find new accommodation as our previous hotel was at capacity. So I did book this quite quickly and frantically however im so glad I found this hotel. If you are looking to stay some where that is less crowded and without a million kids running up and down hallways then this is a good choice. There is also a lovely pool area with spa to hangout for the day and laze around. The breakfast is simple yet satisfying with both hot and cold options and you can even make Mickey Mouse waffles. The only couple of very teeny tiny negative comments (which not all at the fault of the hotel ) is 1) this is not an ideal area If you don’t have a car unless you like walking. You will not be able to simply walk out get a coffe and comeback unless you are willing to walk at least 20 mins and cross major roads ….However you can Uber eats food drinks alcohol etc for as little as $2.00 USD so you don’t even have to leave if you don’t want to. 2) our air-conditioner did not work so the room became really humid I didn’t bother saying anything because we opened the windows and the cool air helped cool the room down I would definitely stay here again if I had a car or just wanted to have a place to chill and never leave the hotel 😊
