We’ve stayed at several different condos in the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area and Phoenix IX is one of our favorites so far. It seems a little smaller so it’s less crowded feeling than the other Phoenix iterations. The indoor pool was a big hit and the hot tubs with a view of the bay were wonderful. The indoor tennis court was also a nice feature. We stayed in condo 605. My family loved it. It gave us plenty of room and the extra half bathroom was much appreciated. The balcony was perfect with a great view of the beach which was just steps away.

I stayed at the Phoenix IX and Colin was an absolute gentleman, he went above and beyond, I am healing from a knee and hip replacement and he just came up and offered to help me take my beach gear to my sitting area. I didn't ask for assistance nor did he know that I am healing from my surgeries. He just ran over and said, let me help you. An absolute gentleman, I just wanted you to know what a stellar employee you have.

We really love this place. Super roomy, a little dated but clean. Found the remote to the firestick but no firestick, but we managed to find stuff to watch. We loved watching people parasail into FloraBama. There were 3 couples and we had plenty of room. Staying again this year, same condo.

This sign pretty much sums up what the owners at Phoenix 9 think about their renters, since I am required to say more. It certainly feels like you are viewed more as a necessary evil than a welcome guest.
