Holiday Inn Express Orange Beach-on the Beach

The Hot tub was not working.

Eddy did an awesome job in with the breakfast. He was pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast had a good variety. The biscuits and gravy each day was so tasty. The coffee machine was ok - we wished for a dark roast since the medium was a bit weak. The staff worked to keep it filled with the hot selection. We checked in on July 21st after 6 pm. The gal at the desk was also very welcoming and helped with possible restaurants. She was very helpful. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name. The room was a good size for us - husband and 2 young adult girls. The pool was awesome. Loved the different levels. The staff needs to turn the "fountain" part on each day. I saw the review on the parking lot. The street is a one way. The size of the lot accommodated all the guests - we never had a problem finding a spot. Overall - if we went back to Orange Beach, I would definitely select this hotel.

Rooms are nice and comfy, pool is huge and they have a hot tube! Beach access! The staff are all very friendly and welcoming! The breakfast they serve is absolutely wonderful! The biscuits are nice and fluffy and they have cheese and veggie omelets that melt in your mouth! And again the staff are amazing!!

The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was awesome and changed a bit everyday. The pool was amazing with quick beach access. Everyone was so nice.

This place was wonderful but the beach bar tender/kitchen staff made it the best. Kerry Ann and Antoinette were so professional and sweet. The live music by the pool was also a nice surprise. The pool is extremely well maintained which is always a gamble at a busy hotel like this. Super clean and all staff were very sweet. We will definitely be back.

We stayed here for 4 nights during my daughter’s track meet. Pros We enjoyed the included breakfast. The workers were on top of refilling everything. I liked the coffee setup instead of having personal coffee makers in the rooms. It was still convenient but fresh, and I saw people cleaning it. I worry about the cleanliness of the ones in the room. Right on the beach Nice pool My kids enjoyed being close to Souvenir City Friendly staff Cons Our chair in our room had stains on it You have to pickup towels at front desk. It would be more convenient to pick them up by the pool. There were a few areas on beach people were fishing- I know the hotel can’t control it, but I wanted to make people aware so they can stay careful.
