We went for snacks, drinks and meals a few times during our holiday. Decent price, good food - did take a little too long for evening meal for 4 of us to arrive but lunch and snacks had been more timely (there was a wedding on though so could have delayed the food). Would recommend for food/drinks though. Service friendly, polite and professional.

We stumbled across this little hidden gem when driving one day looking for a drinks stop. The staff in the resort are welcoming, friendly and extremely funny. There is some little gift shops were you can buy gifts at reasonable prices, and they also sell snorkels for 25 dollars at fireman lobster, everywhere else charges that just for hire, also there is a little massage hut where you can get a whole hour for 80 dollars! Amazing price compared with resorts and the lady called Dawn gave me a whole body massage! It was amazing, I could not recommend enough, if you don't discover this little place your missing out, also look out for Gavin in the boardwalk village bar! He a lovely man, will miss here and will certainly come back.

This place is beautiful, clean, tranquil and just amazing. We arrived from Montego Bay to spend 4 nights enjoying the beach, restaurant and walks along the beach. The staff are extremely kind and catered to every need we had. I will certainly be back for another visit in the near future 🧡💙💚🩷

This place started out on the wrong note. We got a room filled with a ton of fruit flies, then got changed to a (downgraded) room with no beach view or the convenience of a mini fridge & microwave. The beach was clean but there were sea urchins in the water, my son & hubby were victims to this. They don't warn folks about this. You also gotta pay $7 each for beach umbrella and chair pads for beach lounge chairs, ridiculous! The restaurant SUCKS! Took 1hr & 45 mins to get breakfast (toast, eggs, bacon) and it wasn't even busy. You have a minimum 1 hr wait in the restaurant before your food shows up even if there are only 2 or 3 occupied tables. There is an automatic service charge equal to the sales tax on your restaurant bill, that isn't considered a tip. I hated paying it for cr@ppy food service. The owner (Richard) doesn't care about guest experience. He was at a table talking to someone else almost the entire as we waited almost 2 hrs to get breakfast. My 3 yr old was cranky and upset as we waited for our food. They have a sign that says no food from the outside, because they want you have to eat from their restaurant with an insane wait time. The food is meh at best. We ended up leaving a day early. It was just too much for us. The housekeeping staff and Ms. Elaine are great, but they need to get better & quicker cooks in that kitchen. Not having a pool meant you had to go in the beach water to cool off. Unfortunately we won't be returning to The Boardwalk. The place has huge potential, but I'd rather spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

Beautifully maintained, clean, beachside, would stay again. Friendly staff, good food, perfectly suited on the beach. They have a deal with cruise ships to bring people here for the beach, so one day it may feel like you have the place to yourself, and the next it's very busy. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. People are from everywhere.

I came here last year as a daytripper from Runaway Bay!! I soon as I walked through the complex I knew this is where I needed to be. It’s about an hour walk from where I’m staying now but oh wow it’s as I remember. Such a lovely vibe. Staff are amazing - happy, helpful . Food is excellent and drinks a plenty. The lobster looks amazing! I may just have to come back one evening xxx

Checked in on Christmas Day. After a long flight and an even longer drive from the airport we were greeted by Elaine who is the bees knees, and glasses of fruit punch. The rooms are quite spacious and a short walk from the beach. Food … absolutely delectable. The chef was amazing. I recommend this place highly. Come see for yourself. Second to none ❤️

We stayed here for 3 nights in Mid October. A group of 7. The rooms were cute and cozy. They looked like individual houses right on the beach. Outside each room/hut, we had tables and chairs were we could congregate and drink the night away, chatting and laughing. The bar was a few steps away. Literally. You could count to 5 and you walked to the restaurant bar. They closed pretty early though, 9pm, which was a bummer since we wanted to be up with late night caps, but they could accommodate our group with a bartender late nights, if we had told them in advance. We were just not never really into having a schedule for the trip, so we bought some liquor and chasers and we had a blast on the beach under the night sky. The best part for me was the AC in the rooms. They were freezing cold just how I want it and the bed was very comfortable. We all actually slept like a baby. The beach and view of the ocean every morning was spectacular. Some of our group would walk for miles on the beach and return to the bar restaurant where we had breakfast there on the premises. The breakfast was ok. One cook was better than the other cook apparently my group mentioned. Typical Jamaican breakfast or American breakfast. But the grilled lobster seasoning was to die for. That lobster was the best we all every had. Even at 5 star restaurant around the world. It Was Simply AMAZING. I’d go back for sure.
