Absolutely Amazing Experience at Riu Palace Tropical Bay! Jamaica, Negril. Riu Palace Tropical Bay is absolutely beautiful—easily one of the best all-inclusive resorts we've ever stayed at. The food was delicious, the activities were fun and really added to the vacation, and the customer service was exceptional throughout our stay. My husband and I got married there on May 22, 2025, and the experience was unforgettable. Our wedding coordinator, Sophia, did an incredible job. Her attention to detail and dedication went above and beyond our expectations. Our entire family had an awesome time, and we were 100% satisfied with everything. Highly recommend for both vacations and destination weddings!

It was an amazing experience celebrating my birthday at Riu Tropical Bay. Firstly, this is a FAMILY RESORT located in Negril. It may be quite a distance to travel, but the journey itself is part of the experience, offering views of lush vegetation and beautiful scenery along the way. Upon arrival, the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, and the food was excellent with a wide variety to choose from. The 24-hour lounge was a great touch, perfect for snacks, light meals, and coffee or tea at any time. Drinks were flavorful, with just the right balance of alcohol and taste. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a mini bar stocked with a good variety and replenished daily. The TV offered a wide range of channels, from Cartoon Network to keep the kids entertained, to BET and other adult-oriented options. What stood out most was the entertainment—there was never a dull moment. From kids’ games and cinema nights to lively events like the RIU White/Neon Party, karaoke, beach parties, Bingo games, and even a silent headphone party, there was always something exciting happening day and night. Overall, it was an experience full of fun, relaxation, and memorable moments. CONS: There were a few inconveniences during the stay: there weren’t enough electrical outlets near the bed, the rain shower in the bathroom was not functioning, and the blow dryer was quite small, requiring extra time and patience to use. Walk with hats and sunscreen because when the sun is out, it is extremely hot!

Good food. Great entertainment. Waitstaff 10. Beach bar staff 3. Front desk 4. Gift shop *rude/unapproachable. Grounds- boring, lacks color or decor. Beach - very nice, but, THOSE BEACH CHAIRS!! YUCKKKK!

La verdad es esperaba más de un Riu Palace. Estoy en el hotel en este momento y hace 3 días que vengo pidiendo que arreglen el aire acondicionado y aquí sigo esperando. Vinieron hoy después de al menos 3/4 llamados y cambiaron un filtro que fue lo mismo que nada. Todo el personal, salvo algunas excepciones te mira mal, te atiende mal, parece que te están haciendo un favor en lugar de prestar un servicio. La playa, un sueño! La comida bien, variedad en el Bufet y el restaurante RIMINI riquísimo. Una pena que el servicio no este a la altura de lo que uno paga y espera.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido resort 5 stelle in Giamaica e nel complesso siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. La posizione è eccezionale: la spiaggia è semplicemente bellissima e il mare meraviglioso, perfetto per godersi appieno la vacanza. I servizi dell’albergo sono ottimi e il personale disponibile. Nella formula all inclusive sono comprese anche le cene nei ristoranti tematici: alcuni davvero molto belli e con cucina di ottima qualità, un valore aggiunto che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. L’unico aspetto meno positivo riguarda la posizione della stanza: essendo vicina alla strada principale, a volte si percepiva un po’ di rumore. Inoltre, la pulizia era buona, ma è capitato che mancasse qualche asciugamano o prodotto; tuttavia, grazie al servizio in camera e all’app, il problema veniva risolto rapidamente. Nel complesso, un soggiorno piacevolissimo che ci ha permesso di vivere appieno la bellezza della Giamaica, con la qualità e l’ospitalità di un resort di alto livello.

Wir waren vor 2 Jahren auch in diesem Hotel .Leider haben wir heuer festgestellt ,dass die Qualität nach gelassen hat ,schade . Am Strand da haben die Kellner das Getränk gebracht ,aber wenn man ihnen Trinkgeld gab ok .Nur nach dem zweiten mal haben wir kein trinkgeld gegeben und wir wurden Nicht mehr gefragt ,dass ist eine schande. Mit den ganzen was wir bezahlten um in diesen Hotel unseren urlaub zu verbringen , finden wir das Nicht richtig und Nicht schön . Schade

I had a blissful three night stay here. I hung out with my friend who was celebrating her birthday. I felt safe and at peace. The beach is so beautiful and comforting, the entertainment is fun, the room is clean with a super comfortable bed. I enjoyed the buffet food the most due to a vast array of Jamaican and American options. The drinks are divine and if you’re a heavy drinker this resort would feel like heaven with all inclusive drinks well stocked in the bar in your room and all over the resort. They have 24 hour room service and a snack spot. I also appreciated the water aerobics and fitness classes on the beach. My massage at the Spa was divine. Shoutout to the Assistant Manager @spotlight007 on TikTok, I forgot your real name; you were amazing, do hilarious and entertaining. Also shoutout to the beautiful Coco who made me feel special and the entire entertainment staff. Also kudos to the restaurant staff, housekeepers and the entire staff. I will definitely be back. I’ve visited the RIU Montego Bay and am hooked on this brand of resorts and want to try Ocho Rios next. I can go on and on. It’s fun for the entire family, yet chill and peaceful for adults.

We have stayed at other RIU properties before and this by far is the best one we have stayed at so far. Not only is the location beautiful but so are the people. All were so kind and helpful which made our stay even better. Looking to go back in a few months!!!
