They have the best amenities, and the staff is over the top making sure you are happy. The rooms have everything you need and are very clean. Breakfast and dinner are provided in a great atmosphere for both work and leisure.

We were completely satisfied with this hotel. Good size room, comfortable bed. The cleaners always inquired if we needed the towels changed or the room cleaned, however the beds were never made for us. We would have liked a safe in our room. There was a laundry room and an iron and ironing board, which was a plus for us. I was not particularly overwhelmed by their choice of offerings for breakfast and dinner. Far too much fat and sugar. A bowl of chopped mixed fruit or low fat / sugar yogurt or cheese and some fresh bread rolls would have been a great. The location was great, within walking distance of the shops and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel.

This is a great hotel in a wonderful area of Cleveland. Very safe & surroundings have lots of shops & eateries. The rooms are clean & comfortable. The staff are friendly & there to serve. The breakfast & kick back nightly meal are very tasty!

The room was very nice. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Food was very good. Drinks were phenomenal. Staff here is Amazing. The pool and hot tub was amazing. Nice fitness center. Great location to everything and the places I was going. This hotel did not disappoint.

I was there for surgery/recovery. The suite was a great setup for that situation. However, the carpets were filthy. I laid a white towel on the floor for a piece of equipment. When I picked it up, the towel was stained brown on the carpet side. Our white socks were dirty as well. The bathroom had a moldy smell, and the sofa had a big stain on it. The room didn't feel clean, but the lobby area was kept nicely. The amenities are nice, and the location is excellent.

Location was good. Property was clean. Room was so so... hairs and stuff on the bathroom floor. Bed was very uncomfortable, entire bed shook like it was going to collapse when you roll to the side... so so breakfast had better ones at other establishments near by. Staff were so so... some are cordial some are don't give crap. I may try more other hotels before returning to this property.
