Cozy and pleasant hotel with friendly staff. Although hotel and rooms outdated, old and noisy by room neighbours outside and above (we woke up almost every night because of upstairs room neighbours coming home late and hearing all noises and steps). Easy parking next to the hotel and walkable distance into city center. Can recommend!

Je ne comprend pas comment un hôtel comme celui ci a pu avoir 3 étoiles. C'est juste 1 étoile qu'il mérite et encore, je suis généreux. Petit déjeuner nul, rien de frais, un accueil moyen, quand il y a quelqu'un et pour le prix, mieux vaut aller dans un hôtel économique, au moins ils sont neufs et plus propres.

Le 17 juillet 2015, Concert David Gilmour au Théâtre Antique. On réserve l'hôtel à l'avance par CB, en précisant le motif de notre déplacement, notre heure d'arrivée, et en réservant un parking pour notre moto. Vers 17h15 on prend la route et deux petites heures plus tard on arrive à l'hôtel et on s'entend dire par un IGNOBLE réceptionniste: "allez dormir ailleurs, j'ai loué la chambre à quelqu'un d'autre, je vous ai appelé mais vous n'avez pas répondu, un problème de CB peut-être ..." ! Le concert débutait à 20h00 ... COMPORTEMENT INDIGNE D'UN PROFESSIONNEL !!!

De passage à Orange, nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel. Heureusement l’accueil était chaleureux, car l'hôtel est dans un état lamentable. L'ascenseur était en panne, et il y a un grand besoin de rafraîchissement de la décoration. Il est vrai que la chambre familiale est pratique, mais la piscine est très, très petite. Bref, un hôtel décrépi et décevant. Je ne le recommande pas.

Oops... What a mistake. Was looking for an in expensive hotel and that is what I got. It is located right accross the street from the Orange train station and the noise was unbearable. The room was dingy and we could not stay there. The hotel is far from the town center and in a somewhat scary part of town. Unless you are stuck... try and find a hotel in the city center. This will never do.

I reserved this hotel more than 6 months before for the opera festival in summer and got the confirmation, but they cancelled my reservation before 1 month for reasons of no vacancies. It's really awful.
