Terrific! We became very! We were warmly welcomed at reception, but previously we couldn't reach it because the access road to the hotel was blocked and our sat nav couldn't find a way. After calling the hotel, an employee came running from there! and opened the barrier and walked us alongside our car to the hotel. Then he accompanied my husband to the parking lot, as it was complicated to get to the reserved parking space in a large hall because of a church event with a high-ranking dignitary, for which the police had closed everything. This was a unique event in Orange, but the hotel helped us a lot with the car. Our junior suite was very large with a large, comfortable bed. The bathroom was the largest we had in 6 weeks of vacation in France, everything was perfectly equipped, classic style, but with very nice tiles. The shower was very large and nothing got wet outside and the tile floor in the shower was not smooth but very secure (much ! better than most other hotels). Showering there was a pleasure! Everything was nicely furnished, NOT “loveless” as written in another guest review, that’s not true. The heating worked well (November) and you could sleep with the window open, it was so quiet. We didn't have breakfast there, so no opinion on that. Location perfect in the center. A wonderful stay, absolutely recommended, thank you very much to the hotel and its staff!!

Housekeeping manager was so helpful during my stay.
Only 2 mins walk, there are few restaurants around as well as few groceries store.
Every Thursday morning there is a fantastic French gathering market.

Bel hôtel à Orange, personnel attentionné et serviable. Belles prestations 4*, belle terrasse, parking et restaurant de qualité avec une belle carte. Petit-déjeuner copieux et varié. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande cet hôtel très bien situé, proche du théâtre antique.

Une bien mauvaise expérience. Une chambre de luxe qui n’en était pas une, avec le papier peint qui se décollait, une odeur de désodorisant très entêtant et désagréable, un lit qui penchait en arrière (il a fallut dormir à l’envers) ; et surtout aucune solution proposée pour solutionner une douche qui débordait dans toute la chambre. Sans compter la ridicule piscine pas du tout fidèle aux photos.

This is a very comfortable hotel but there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms. We stayed in May and were too warm at night. And no black put curtains/blinds.
Otherwise, we had a fabulous stay. The location is great, the rooms are spacious. Nice modern shower.

Rummet var beläget två trappor upp men hissen gick bara en våning. Därefter måste vi gå förbi poolen och gå uppför ytterligare en trappa med bagaget. Det var en väldigt obekväm väg.
Sängen var skön, kuddarna perfekta och badrummet fint. Men luftkonditioneringen var avstängd av miljöskäl trots att det står på hemsidan att rummen är luftkonditionerade.
Sänglamporna var inte avsedda för att läsning, alldeles för svag belysning.
En av dagarna fungerade inte frukostserveringen. Mycket tog slut och fylldes inte på utan att vi sagt till.
Bartendern var arrogant och otrevlig, men receptionspersonalen var trevlig.
