Good morning I strongly recommend this luxury hotel ! And especially space ( SPA ) , wondered by the warm atmosphere of this relaxing place with the friendly welcome and gentleness of a SPA receptionist , ***** Boudraa ILYES well watched , he very well welcomed and informed me ! The swimming pool and very clean equipment allows us to enjoy the full in very good atmosphere I, who visits this place, also noticed a young man who cares for the clean and comfortable of the client and that is very important; Thanks to vs (bathroom cleaning agent and SPA) Sincerely; everything is top! Very good continuation on this team rate of SPA .... Most satisfied client!

Not easy getting people that speaks English. Hamza did our checkin and was very helpful and friendly. Thanks to Karim for taking us to the airport. Note: couldn’t use my GHD didn’t have a travel adapter with me, hotel also didn’t have any available for me to use.

It was very good to stay in Ibis for 3 nights. All staff were very supportive specially Djamila was so kind & very helpful. Shahra was also so kind at restaurant who was taking care very well dinting my stay. I would like to come again soon. Shahra speaks English very well so it was very easy to prepare anything for me.

Méridien hotel and convention centre is an amazing building with a splendid sea view, but nothing went well from day one. So I'd like to highlight the below points: At first, on June 22th, 2022 exactly at 8am , at the door entrance, an impolite security agent, I didn't see his name, had a bad attitude toward my father,  he stopped him by saying (Sir ! what do you need here? My father replied : good morning,  my daughter works here, I will drop her and I will leave. He said ok but be quick ! No good morning,  no smile, no respect) What a shame ! Another one has asked me and my colleagues : do not walk here in this area !!! So ridiculous, too much ban for no specific reason ! Secondly,  our IBC office (international broadcast center) was barely clean, from the first day till the last day you could see dust on the desk top, foot prints on the floor where other people walked, It looked as though it had not been swept in a very long time ! Well,  we had to clean it by our selves. Moreover,  another story with another security agent B. AEK to whom I went to ask him about my ring that I have lost, he talked to me meanly and with unrespectful way ! For all I know, the role of the security agent is to give guests a remarkable first impression about the hotel, and welcomes them warmly with a broad smile. Besides, you do not need formal qualifications to do this job but a good general education is useful. Furthermore, I believe that every single employee of the hotel must maintain a high level of professionalism in dealing with guests, he or she is very courteous and friendly in order to make guests feel relaxed and at home in the hotel, unfortunately that wasn't the case in Méridien hotel. Security team needs better training except one or two who are polite and helpful like Mr Houari and Mr Samir. To put it in a nutshell, I felt uncomfortable and unsatisfied, an effort is needed to reach 5 stars standards, hope things will get better.

My holidays with my family at Sofi Hotel was great experience. The hotel is located in good location area. Rooms are very clean. High quality with very good prices. They also propose guide Visit to many places Oran Tlemcen Ain temouchent ... With private car. I really recommend Sofi Hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and was a great experience. This is the type of hotel where you do not feel like checking out. The Hotel staff were amazing. Very kind and respectful. Lots of english speaking staff. Food was great, room service was amazing. My every request was met. Highly recommended.

The receptionist let me to check in at 09:30 which was perfect, the room was comfortable and simple, the location was perfect, the breakfast table did not offer so much vegan option but for the others i think it was good. i was stuck in the lift and had to use the emergency button to ask for a help but the staff did not run to help me, they behaved so cool.

Good morning, I'm a new hotel with a professional service. Breakfast is extraordinary. the rooms are clean and is located in a good place. I recommend for families. The only negative point is that this hotel does not accept credit cards and this has become a major disability because you are not informed in advance and once you check out you will be informed that credit cards are not accepted and so you have to In spite of this, staff remain sympathetic and extraordinary

Je suis revenue a hôtel rodina après un ans déjà que c’était top les changements effectués son juste incroyable personnes en bat sécurité très gentille souriant -2 spa Nesrine à accueille à était formidable !!! Souriante dynamique !!!! Nesrine au massage était un pure bonheur un bonbon c’est le meilleur massage que jais effectuer en Algérie ! Après avoirs fais plusieurs spa d’une gentillesse incroyable un amour 🧡 merci infiniment à toute l’équipe au petit soins je vous conseille la formule royale incroyable y’a tous de A à Z est pour le prix c’est vraiment bien établissement propre est professionnel je suis sortie me faire coiffer par rihame incroyable aussi la seul qui sais bien me coiffer brushing impeccable même pas 20 minute c’était fini ✅ quelle équipe au top déjà que de base jais adorée venir mais la rodina passe numéro un en hôtel spa hamam devant un grand nombre d’hôtel renommer je trouve ça bien qu’ils écoute les conseille est critique des clients car aujourd’hui tous a était refais est c’est incroyable seul bémols personnel de spa dans le hamam toute seul pour beaucoup de monde
