Hotel moyen pour un 4 étoile
Dans cet hotel suite a ma réservation chambre avec une literie moyenne, menage dans la salle de bain tres léger. Etat du bureau moyen et poussière, de la poussière sur labTv les fenêtres.
Pas de taxi oblige devant l'hôtel et ceux du meme groupe obliger de marcher pour aller sur un grand axe

Un hôtel très agréable, un accueil chaleureux avec un personnel a la hauteur une note complète pour AMINA qui travaille au restaurant. Des chambres spacieuses et confortables, une literie au top, une propreté irréprochable.tres bon soutien dans toutes les questions posées. Je recommande avec plaisir cet hôtel surtout pour le rapport qualité prix. Bravo et bonne continuation.

un manque flagrant de professionnalisme de la part du personnel de la réception impolis et désintéressés ils ont réussi à perdre mon permis de conduire ce qui a généré une attente interminable d’une demi-heure pour récupérer ma pièce un manque de courtoisie j’étais choqué au lieu de me fournir des excuses pour leur erreur ils semblaient tout simplement s’en désintéresser en résumé le personnel de la réception je précise appart-hotel une déception ce qui aurait pu etre un séjour agréable a été transformé en cauchemar je ne retournerai jamais dans cet établissement

Hôtel bien situé, réceptionniste accueillant, chambre spacieuse. Par contre pas d’accès au parking via les ascenseurs donc faut sortir et faire le tour à chaque fois. À partir de 10h le personnel vient toquer dans la chambre et ouvre la porte 2sec après avoir toquer .. sachant qu’on a la chambre jusqu’à 12h. Je ne recommande pas.
