Everything was fine , i gave it less point becos the lady who was on the fone when i wanted to change my booking was very rude , she kind of scream at me and hang up the fone plus the communication is a painful experience via email as they took forever to respond sometime and didnt email me to confirm after i request cancel my booking ; so i didnt know whether my booking been cancel or not!

No tissue papers offered. Room also has no option to change towels should you need although stay is 4 nights. One small bottle of shampoo to last 4 nights.

Room is generally clean and spacious. Love it that it comes with fridge and microwave and cutleries. Didn't encounter the issue with not receiving access code as I duly submitted the documents and registered a few days in advance. Suggest that prospective visitors drop them an email to confirm everything is in order after completing the online check-in. Only issue is the bathroom area whether it gets flooded easily, guess it is due to the consideration for the physically challenged.

Location is good. Near train station and many convenience shops near by. WiFi speed is good. Hotel Staff helpful too and was given a room with good view. Happy with our stay.

We had taken 3 rooms, one had no bath linen, one did not smell good and one had no ventilation. We were able to be changed to the room that smelled very bad, but nothing was done for the room without ventilation and this despite several email exchanges.
