My place is a preferred choice for luxury accommodation in the vicinity of KLCC and as it known as the Citys Commercial, Shopping & Entertainment Hub. The best part is the rooftop pool comes with stunning city views which includes Petronas Twin Towers. It's a perfect spot for those who refer to enjoy your stay with low density accommodation.
The apartment is within walking distance to major KL hotspots: KL Tower, Suria KLCC, Petronas Towers, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, and Aquaria KLCC. The food scene is awesome, from Malaysian street fare to international cuisines to nightclubbing.

Royce Residence KLCC is a great place to stay! The room was comfortable with a fantastic view facing the KLCC towers. Location is super convenient, just a short walk to KLCC and other nearby spots. Only downside was the late check-in time at 3pm, which felt a bit long. Other than that, everything was smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely come back!

Location is good , you're surrounded with all the famous buildings around and route to the famous attractions isn't far access via GRAB.
However , there isn't a phone in the room to contact customer service for request and you'll be given a QR code which is quite annoying having to ask each day as it would expire. The wifi connection in the room is quite poor too .Also you're not allowed to put rubbish outside the door but also there wasn't a rubbish room around which is very inconvenient .
Also the staff in the reception aren't very helpful either especially staff called Anisha (wasn't willing to give her name at first) she gave rolled eyes upon asking for QR code as mention it expires each day 🤷 and on the last day of check out , no smile at all on the face which gave a very unwelcoming feeling towards guests.
And no one responses to the WhatsApp customer service as that was the only way to communicate requests/needs. 🤷

I think the building was mend by different management, my check in is at level 33-08. U can obtain a smoke pass if u want to smoke in the room @ RM50/day upon check in.
They have basic utensils, oven, microwave, washing machine & dryer (2in1), u can purchase pod from them as well. Everything will be communicate via wechat/whatsapp so quite convenient on that. They provide toothbrush, shampoo, and body wash. Of coz towels.
The place is quite spacious and comfy to stay, will def come back.
2 minus points are - at night will keep hearing water dripping sound, kinda scary.. another is the heavy traffic as it is the busiest area.
Very Good

Very spacious and clean rooms with kitchen and living room. The amenities are a bit basic for this level and the service is extremely slow. Be prepared to wait 15-20min for the return of your cash deposit (they warn you before so you can check out early enough if you are in a rush). The pool is amazing and has fantastic views but it had a strange chemical compound in it that unlike normal chlorine made it very acidic and almost impossible to swim in it, regular pH check would be advised.

No small towels only provides the big bath towels. Shower head is leaking, bathtub water is running too slow.
Front desk service counter is not friendly. Said the room is non-smoking, but I can smell smoke when entering the room.
It seems to be a share hotel, there's some check in counters at the lobby.

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at Royce Residence Hotel to celebrate her birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From start to finish, the hotel exceeded our expectations.
First of all, the location is fantastic—just a short distance from KLCC, making it convenient to explore the city while still enjoying a peaceful and serene environment. The surroundings are beautiful, and the hotel itself feels luxurious yet cozy.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The modern design and comfortable amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. We especially loved the view from our room, which added a special touch to the celebration.
What truly made our stay memorable was the staff’s attentiveness and kindness. They went above and beyond to make my girlfriend’s birthday special, and she was absolutely thrilled with the experience. She even gave the stay a perfect 9/10!
Overall, Royce Residence Hotel is an excellent choice for both leisure and special occasions. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable stay in Kuala Lumpur. We’ll definitely be back in the future!

Although I only stayed for one night, the experience was excellent! The room looked exactly like the photos – clean and tidy, with a very comfortable bed that allowed me to rest well. The environment was quiet, and the location was convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to get around. The host’s manager was very friendly, responded quickly, and thoughtfully provided all the check-in details, which made the whole process smooth. Overall, it was even better than I expected. Highly recommended for anyone traveling or staying here short-term!

Great
MMyQCelebrating my friend 's birthday at Ritz KL. She really enjoyed her trip staying at Ritz Club Lounge. She eats, drinks, and sleeps without stepping out of the hotel. The only disappointment is that the breakfast happened this morning on the 1st floor, the lobby. We requested corner tables but were refused, saying that the table is meant for 4paxs, but I saw more than 2 tables of 2 also occupied 4paxs table. I gave feedback to him immediately that they had different standards that only refused our request. I'm quite disappointed that I really spoiled my mood in the morning. I have been staying at ritz KL a few times. It will not be a worthy if standard dropped. I think minimally they need to practice the same standards across the whole hotel since rated 5 stars
AAR_ManI had a wonderful stay at Imperial Lexis Kuala Lumpur. The service was excellent — the staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and professional. The team made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and a relaxing experience in KL.
FFiza AlifThe most amazing night at Park Royal hotel. The bed the ambiance the breakfast and also the upgrade and decorations amazing. Thank you so much for such a beautiful room and memories.
Me and my husband just stayed for 1 night because of work but we enjoyed every bit of it. We just left the room to eat and came back to enjoy more.
Just the security was a bit rude to my husband when my husband is asking for carpark directions and also at the reception it seems the women that is directing me to the reception direct me ti the concierge instead and wasn’t even helping she pointed and just left to attend another customer.
But I will still give you 5 star because others are perfect. Im coming again in 2 weeks time and will be staying in the suite with my sisters I cant wait. ❤️🥰 i will sure come again with my husband as the location, ambience, smell and space felt sooo good like we really got to relax after working so hard for almost 3 months non stop. Thank you again.
SSam_6Location : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This was my second visit, and I chose it based on its convenient location, easily accessible to the city center by foot. However, the alleyway leading to the hotel was always packed with people and cars
Facilities: ⭐️⭐️⭐️
The hotel lobby was perpetually crowded with people waiting to check in or out, but there wasn’t any proper storage room for luggage.
Check-in involved using a queue system where you had to press a number and wait for your number to be called.
The swimming pool was on the top floor, and sometimes the lifts’s floor would be full of water after people had finished using it.
Lifts were also packed with people at certain hours, and there were only four lifts available for the entire building, which housed over 900 rooms.
Value for 💲 : ⭐️⭐️⭐️
For the price paid to stay overnight, I don’t have any comments because I found it cheaper than any of the hotels nearby. However, if you can tolerate the traffic and crowds, I think it’s a good deal.
AAnonymous UserIn general, it’s satisfied, especially the swimming pool view and security. However, when it comes to the amenities like the shampoo and body wash, I suspect it is the same and the hand wash might be dish washer soap. The location itself is convenient if you take grab, as it is close to most of the places. If you would like to take public transport, you have to spare some time to walk to there. The overall score would be 75%, you may consider to stay here if you look for an affordable stay with nice swimming pool view.
AAnonymous UserCheck in/out was smooth. Staff all were friendly & pleasant. Informed them that it was for a birthday trip & they decorated the room & provided a complimentary cake. Room was spacious, clean & well maintained. All amenities were functioning such as the washer/dryer & microwave. Parking is free as well. Really enjoyed our stay here :)
MMJ BuBuTropicana The Residences offers a convenient stay in Kuala Lumpur, especially for those who want to be near Suria KLCC. The location is strategic, with just a 25-minute walk to Pavilion Bukit Jalil. Service is good, with a dedicated customer service number for requests like mineral water, and a RM200 deposit is required upon check-in. While the cleanliness is acceptable, the biggest downside is that the swimming pool is currently under repair. On the bright side, a free washing machine is available for guests, adding extra convenience to the stay.
BBT_2369I booked a room here for one night for my friend. He was visiting for the first time. The condo is beautiful, looks good, the room is clean, and has very good privacy. But the internet and Wi-Fi signal issues should be improved because I can't use the internet at all and can't connect.
RRuan Ming Jun (The Good King)I recently stayed at this property and overall had a pleasant experience.
The staff were generally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with requests. I truly appreciated their warm hospitality. That said, there was one particular staff member (I won’t mention names) who came across as less approachable – a minor point, but worth noting.
The room itself was average. Soundproofing could be improved, as outside noise was sometimes noticeable. Basic amenities were provided, but on several occasions I had to request additional items, as they were missing from the room.
Breakfast and dining options had a nice taste, but the variety could be expanded to make the experience more enjoyable for longer stays.
In summary, this hotel delivers a good overall experience and offers decent value for money compared to other hotels in the same price range across Southeast Asia. It’s not perfect, but it’s comfortable enough for a short stay in Kuala Lumpur.
IilkashongThe location of the property is excellent — very convenient and close to many attractions. However, the soundproofing is quite poor; we could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway. The cleanliness could be improved, and the overall condition of the place feels a bit old. Also, no toilet paper was provided in the bathroom, which was unexpected.
