Unfortunately my family booked at the Lafayette location. I was livid. I thought for sure I was about to lose my money and have to drive 45/55 min out of my way to Lafayette, tired, cranky & hungry. When speaking to the amazing front desk in. She contacted the Lafayette location. And to my surprise at almost midnight the Lafayette attendant called the acting GM because the GM was on a family vacation. She answered the phone (like wow) not many managers do that. And approved the refund as long as we had a room booked . Both ladies were a god sent. I thought for sure I would be out over $300 for 1 night because the ladies and I were too tired to travel any longer. And thank you To the manager that answered the phone when you were not on the clock. Exp. When she works multiple properties.❤️ And had to be back to work at 4am.

This is a rebranded and remodeled Quality Inn and now Sparks Hilton and that’s why I stayed. A few things that were strange is there was no decorations on the newly painted wall. Just white. there’s no coffee maker or coffee anything in the room? They make you walk down the hall to their coffee service. But the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen in the hotel is there is no water cups plastic or glass of any kind in the bathroom or the room anywhere. I called the front desk and they said they don’t put them in the rooms. You have to come to the front desk to get one. I would stay again although very strange

The are is in a safe place and easy to access.
It would be nice if the bathtub had more space for personal items.

Don't go there No hot water had to call front desk twice poor girl Mrs Dee who is the best thing they have got me 5 min in morning no hot water so I just left then he charged me twice said it the bank bank can't hold nothing if you don't put a charge in so 135 on the 21 was paid then the hotel put another charge for 189 again caused my account to be closed and overdraft charged I had 70 buck in there he was supposed to give me back a 50 incidentals charge instead he recharged me again then says it bank it is not the bank can't hold something if it not submitted it was his fault Sunil who hung when I told him rude placed complaint with corporate Look at pic see what I'm saying
