It was Clean, neat and surprisingly quiet for the first floor. Everybody was very nice and helpful. Had an issue with the door but they did everything they could to help resolve the problem. Bed slept great and shower was hot. Would definitely stay there again.

Very knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive staff. Good site location with easy driving in and out. Parking areas in great shape and well lighted at night. Motel common interior spaces clean and well decorated. Room clean with everything "ship shape". Bedding was excellent: comfortable and fresh. HVAC worked perfect. Plenty of functioning electrical duplex outlets and charging outlets Great room interior lighting. Minimal counter space and no shelving. Room cost reasonable. Breakfast more than acceptable. Dark coffee could use some attention.

Love this hotel, it’s clean and the decor is bright and cheerful. I like the knobs for hanging things. BUT I can’t understand why you would put someone who requests an accessible room on the 4th floor. We’re diamond members and always request accessible room on the first floor. ALL accessible rooms should be on the first floor. As much as I like Microtel I will never give a perfect rating when the accessible rooms are not on the first floor.

Very clean. Comfortable bedding. Called me and asking if I had tried to cancel my stay while I was driving to the hotel. When I informed the front desk that no I had not, that I had messaged them the day prior and the day of double checking to make sure I could check in after 3 and was told yes, she quickly said "Yes we look forward for your stay".

this place is horrible. the rooms are weird and you will feel like you are in a lego room. everything is hard and uncomfortable. and they vacuum the halls at midnight. not kidding. people running up and down the halls slamming doors. it's like a frat house.

Only one of only two ice machines working for four story building.
Had to ask for ice bucket at front desk.
After querying front desk about limited tv channel offerings, was given an 8x10 paper with additional offerings (appx. 40 ).
