I stay here any time I am in this area. New, comfortable rooms. Excellent facilities. Good breakfast. Exceptional staff. Really: shout out to the staff. Price is very reasonable, especially compared to the other hotels nearby. Highly recommend.

From the moment I requested a room after a very bad day of traveling, the front desk associate was wonderful. Lisa is a true gem for this hotel! She was kind and helpful and caring. She definitely turned my bad day into a glad evening. Everyone else I came in contact with also were pleasant.

Simply a great stay. Lisa was so professional, yet gracious with our family. She felt like family from the second we walked in. Everything was clean as good be. Great WiFi, plenty of hot water, and the beds were ultra comfortable. Despite it being a gameday weekend, it didn't feel busy. It was very quiet.

We have stayed here several times and find it the best value in the area. Because of the university and the popularity of the area prices are pretty high - especially around football weekends. We use the gym often, and it is well-equipped and clean. Plenty of room. I like the breakfast choices. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean. Carpet in the rooms might need to be replaced soon.

Understaffed therefore room was not ready. Person on duty was rude. Had to wait for 1 hour after check in time. We were on a tight schedule to get ready and attend a wedding. We missed the wedding ceremony. Their compensation......$20. Tried to handle with Wyndham and they said it had to be handle with motel. Lesson learned, no more Wyndham hotels for me.

Room is Bug free so that's a plus but dirty from not being properly cleaned from housekeeping. Food from free breakfast was gross

The cleaning of the room between clients was very disappointing. As you can see in the attached photos, there are stains on the sofa, bed, blankets and doors, and the mattress was very old and you can CLEARLY see that it is sunken on the side. For the money it costs to stay here for a night ($130-200) it would NEED to be worth it and to be cleaned properly, especially a deeper cleaning between clients. I have seen the same reviews on Booking and ******* with what I am saying, which I find shameful because they continue to make the same mistakes instead of improving their hotel. After complaining to reception, they moved us to another room to stay the remaining night. But I do not plan to return to this hotel and I hope that the people who read this and are in time to change their minds, think better of it.
