Excellent property. Everyone was very professional and pleasant. Shannon was incredible and went above and beyond to give great customer service. Rooms very very clean and breakfast was a perfect beginning to the day. Would highly recommend! Thank you!

Wow what a horrible check in? Experience. I was told to do online check in which I did. They collected my payment, made physical keys and then proceeded to. Tell me check in starts at 3 and if I wanted my room earlier it would require full payment of the previous night. As a travel agent who has booked and used this chain in the past I have never received treatment like this. Also as a handicapped traveler who had literally driven overnight seven hours could you not make an accommodation to allow access to room? Why send out notice my room was available and ready early if you were only going to try and charge me a full night for early check in? So I reached out to Hilton corporate guest services who refused to give me a name to address my email to and offered no assistance at all. I will no longer recommend Hilton or book them for my clients based on this service. I want to make it clear the front desk people were very nice through out the interaction but the supervisors were completely unhelpful on both a local and corporate level.

We were there for a short two nights and in town for a wedding. We used points to book our stay. Staff was very friendly, check in was easy. We had two bottles of water in our room and some snacks. The room however, at best, was musty & did not feel entirely clean. A wet dog smell had settled in and frankly, it was gross. If you are a pet friendly hotel, you’ve gotta shampoo carpets regularly. We didn’t use housekeeping, we had no need. Shampoo, conditioner & body wash are in the shower. Didn’t find the hairdryer. The bed was less than stellar…rock hard. If I were to stay in the area again, I would begrudgingly pick this hotel.

Nice clean hotel! The rooms are large and are laid out well. Our room was very clean. Lots of counter space make organization easy. The staff were so friendly and breakfast was great. Plenty of parking. Close to downtown Auburn. I would definitely stay again.

This hotel was very clean and staff was very helpful!! They had a very good breakfast and the scenery was good. I was pleased with the staff being as attentive as they were! The rooms were large and comfortable!

Stayed here this past weekend (08/4,5,6/2023, and had a very nice comfortable stay. This hotel is located just off of I-85, so very easy getting to. Many restaurants are very nearby so very convenient. The hotel is welcoming, friendly, fresh, clean, and very comfortable. Our room was very clean and ready when we arrived. Stayed two nights and have nothing negative to say, all positive, Fresh coffee, nice breakfast selections, friendly staff. I most certainly would stay ere again and highly recommend you stay also if in Auburn area!

This place is awful service. Mold in the showers, rooms not clean. There was only enough towels in my room for me. One hand towel, one face cloth, and one bath towel. I stated when i noticed this that I wanted all towels in my room plus extra towels. I was there for extended stay and I work in healthcare. So no I do not use the same towel more then 2 days, if that. I NEVER received my extra towel. I was always going to the desk asking for extra towels. I even had to go to extra rolls of toilet paper. None were ever left. I was there for over a week and my room was never cleaned nor were my sheets changed. The excuse I got was it was a holiday weekend and low staff. Well, that’s not my fault. Those guest who have been there and were staying there should have been first priority and getting things done. The front desk worker Christopher was VERY helpful in the matter of getting me the things I needed. He even kept putting notes in the system as to make sure extra towels were left. Also, Carol was very helpful, these two were very helpful, very pleasant people to deal with. The other people that worked the desk, well never could find them. They were also hid behind the wall, with ear pods in, then when they finally noticed someone was out there they had attitude like we disturbed them and their sleep or their texting or whatever. I would not recommend staying here unless it was a last minute have to and there was nothing else left. The breakfast was cold, the people who were putting that out acting like it was some kind of chore for them to do it.

Check in was amazing! We have never stayed at a Home2 suites before. They failed to tell us that room cleaning us by request only, it is posted in fine print at front desk, but if you are not familiar with that concept, get educated! Breakfast day one was amazing, breakfast day2 very disappointing 😞Coffee is very weak if you are into morning coffee. Employees attitudes reflect positive management skills and training. So many food choices within walking distance of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here a number of times before and found this hotel good. This weekend had hotel full of girls travel baseball teams. Management should have staffed up and stocked up. Couldn’t have breakfast because people were like zoo animals waiting for the next bit of food to come out of kitchen. Kids running and screaming everywhere. Halls and common areas dirty from too much family traffic. Everything just too much for limited weekend staff. I moved to another hotel for the balance of my travel this weekend. I may stay again but never on a weekend.
