città molto bella, tranquilla con molte cose da vedere, verdeggiante, fresca, mare pulito, attrazioni. molto bella, da tornarci. Hotel fantastico. Colazione da guinnes dei primati. La stanza poteva essere pulita meglio e i flaconi dei saponi aggiunti durante il soggiorno ma sono peli nell'uovo che non inficiano alcunché. Hotel molto bello, tetti alti, personale fantastico, gentili puntuali e disponibili

Great value stay. Breakfast was excellent and the evening meal buffet was very good. Rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable. Some public areas are showing a bit of wear. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It has a great location in the centre of town. No pool.

I really liked the breakfast and dinner, there has been a variety of food and a great selection. The team was really nice and helpful.
We had some problems with the air conditioning, unfortunately it did not work and was not fixed during our stay. But it was not that important for our stay, it was not that hot that we needed it.
We had a lovely stay and can recommend the Hotel. We definitely want to come back.

Parking was big hassle behind the hotel with very hilly street. 13 EUROS per day and staff will not help to take your luggage to the reception you have to climb the steps to go up and no bell boy or any help. Breakfast was ok not great for the price but location is good. Room was very smelly I asked to do something but nothing was done and room number 511 no windows only sun shades

A lovely hotel in a great central position that incorporates the grandeur of the past with a modern twist. The hotel's dining room and lounge are superb examples of this with their beautiful chandeliers and elegant ceilings. The best breakfast I have had is served here with endless options whether hot or cold. The choice is enormous including the prosecco !! Staff were professional, helpful and charming. Rooms were large and comfortable with all essentials and the beds ensured a good night's sleep. Bathroom area, especially the shower, and toiletries are very good. The modern outside seating area with its ice cream parlour, patisserie and waiter service was an excellent addition and a lovely location to unwind at the end of the day and watch the world (or more precise watch Opatija) go by. Thoroughly recommend.

Sehr nettes und sehr zuvorkommend Personal, eines der besten Frühstücksbuffets.
Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.
Die Straße ist etwas laut, wird aber ab23 Uhr deutlich leiser.
