We would highly recommend this hotel for a stay. From the most amazing staff who excelled in every way with their friendliness, professionalism and endeavour to make our stay enjoyable, to the exceptional rooms with every amenity catered for. We travel regularly overseas from Australia, and have to say that this hotel, by far, has exceeded our expectations. A big thank you to all the wait staff in the restaurant and a special thank you to Andrea for the beautiful and delicious Christmas breakfast each morning!

We again visited Milenij for New year eve! Room was very nice with a perfect view. Experience is exceptional from arrival to departure. We felt honored. New year eve celebration was extremely good. We had a lot of fun. Menu was very interesting in tasty. For sure we will come again

I was here with a friend of me. I was only at the spa but the Spa was very nice. Its a 10/10. But i had problems. I lost my key and Nikola helped me to search for it. At the begin i couldnt found the key. Then Nikola helped me to search the key and after to lock the locker that i could bring my Stuff to another locker. Afterwards i found my key in the sauna. He is a very good guy. Nikola is the best.

Das ist eine Perle in Opatija. Wunderschönes 5 Sterne Hotel in der besten Lage. Die Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick sind ein Balsam für die Seele jedes Reisenden. Tolles Restaurant authentisch, romantisch und top Service. Wir waren öfters hier zu verschieden Jahreszeiten und werden wiederkommen.

The hotel carries the beauty of the old Austro-Hungarian architecture which ispresent in the whole city. The staff was very friendly and the wellness part is a treat five star facility. The sunset is nice from the outside jacuzzy. Highly recommended place!

Andiamo in qs hotel da anni e mai ci è capitato un week end così pessimo. Arrivati invece del solito benvenuto ci hanno fatto il conto da pagare in anticipo...cosa mai successa.. arriviamo in camera e scopriamo che non ci sono saponi shampoo ecc ecc e manco gli asciugamani , ciabatte e gli accappatoi. Avevamo preso un pacchetto comprensivo di massaggi, andiamo alla spa e ci dicono che non c'è posto se non domenica giorno della partenza. Abbiamo lamentato la cosa e cosa abbiamo ottenuto? La camera fino alle 13 di domenica anziché fino alle 11. Ma alle 11 hanno disattivato le chiavi quindi no ascensore no corrente in camera. Eravamo clienti abituali ma dopo qs esperienza nn so se ci torneremo

Wonderful warm welcome. Especially from the professional and calm Tihana, who is an absolute credit to the team. Her smile and can do attitude made our stay. The breakfast was amazing, such choice, constantly replenished, and a brilliant waiter who had our hot drinks ready the moment we sat down, and always enquired after our health and requirements. Friendly and professional. Hotel was exceptionally clean, and room was made up beautifully each morning. If only all hotels were this good. This was our second visit, and I have no doubt we will return. Thank you to all.
