Location e camere spettacolari, ottimo servizio, la colazione è alla carta molto buona, la struttura bellissima manca di piccola manutenzione.Abbiamo anche cenato ed abbiamo mangiato bene, il bar non è all'altezza della struttura. Personale molto gentile ed attento

L’hôtel est très bien situé et la vue depuis la chambre était magnifique, embrassant le bleu de la mer adriatique. Les chambres étaient spacieuses mais les matériaux utilisés de mauvaise qualité. Les chambres donnent l’impression d’avoir trop vécues. Le rapport qualité prix est déplorable. Pour ce tarif on s’attend vraiment à des prestations haut de gamme et malheureusement c’est assez moyen.

Una vergogna; un hotel 5 stelle al mare senza alcuna struttura balneare! Peggio ancora, la struttura c'è, ed è affiancata all'edificio, alla quale si accede direttamente da una porta del ristorante, struttura che da alcune foto presenti su questo sito risulterebbe molto allettante, ma ora (e credo da almeno una stagione) in totale abbandono, con la piscina vuota, con attrezzature come ombrelloni, lettini e tavolini cannibalizzate e le pavimentazioni assolutamnte rovinate del tempo! Le foto che allego scattate il 7 giugno 2025 mostrano quanto descritto. Vi rendete conto della sorpresa di chi sceglie un hotel a 5 stelle sul mare e trova quel disastro? Mi meraviglio che ci sia ancora gente che va in quell'hotel! Ho trasmesso la richiesta di rimborso della spesa attraverso uno studio legale e ho denunciato la allucinante situazione ai servizi turistici della città; ritengo sia una vergogna per tutta Abbazia!

This hotel is totally overrated. Pretending outfit at the sea shore, service is inexistant. Some inexperienced and probably poorly paid service maid try their best, but quickly admit their ignorance. Parking is a nightmare. The hotel is loud in every respect, with no isolation from the noise of the hallway or neighboring rooms. The worst experience though is the disco bar on the basement with loud beats until late at night. You don’t believe it when you stay at a so-called 5* hotel. To be fair, the location is great and the breakfast is nice. But the experience of the noisy bar and the lack of any service is such that you don’t enjoy any of the other features of this hotel. It feels like some greedy investors try to make quick money by fooling clients and don’t care whether you’ll come back or not. They in fact don’t expect you to come back.

Außergewöhnlich! Direkt am Meer gelegen, Zimmer Service und Ausblick sind jeden Cent wert. Das Personal ist äußerst professionell und freundlich. Der Lungo Mare (Kaiser Franz Jossef Promenade führt vor dem Hotel vorbei.
