From the outside as well as the inside you can see that it is a designer hotel! Check-in was quick! The rooms are nice and not too small! The view was great! The bathroom alone seems a bit small, with a shower and bathtub in one! What was annoying was that there was no card for the room. It seemed important to have a key with a giant fob! There were plenty of loungers available by the pool, even though some people reserved theirs in the morning! This was not checked, even though there is a sign outside saying it is not allowed! It simply has to be checked and after a few minutes the towel has to go! There is a real fight for the loungers. There too people reserve at 7 a.m. and they don't arrive until 11 a.m., which I find really cheeky! The food in the evening is excellent, a bit overpriced but very good! Breakfast was small but good! Check-out was quick too, but the fact that you only get 2 free coffee capsules and have to pay for the rest is quite strange for a 5-star hotel. There was no water provided either, so we got 1 bottle of water and 2 capsules. You have to pay for the rest. I've been to some 5-star hotels, but this left even us speechless.

Every year my parents go for a week or so and this year, like last year, it was my birthday gift to them. I emailed the hotel upfront for a voucher, they couldn't do that, I wanted to pay upfront, they couldn't do that. I told them to charge my card. They said ok. So this morning I get a call from my parents that they won't let them leave without payment. I called the hotel told them my card details, it's an AMEX without limit, so it always works. Not in this hotel, either they are too cheap or too incompetent. Long story short, they wasted half an hour of everyone's time and made me pay by online banking on the spot. Rude rude rude. Myself and my parents been coming here for years and we get treated like criminals upon checkout.

The view is beautiful and the room is clean but a bit on the small side, also the lighting is quite dim.
The staff are all very friendly and very helpful. They helped us to unload our luggage and brought to the room.
On first night, there was a big party went on until 2:30 in the morning, we did complain but nothing they could do.
However we did have a room service for breakfast the next day which was very nice.
The breakfast is very good, freshly cooked egg dishes of your choice with plenty of other choice.

Breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly. Only bad thing was that the Blackout curtains did not go all the way to the end of the window, so sunlight came into the room. Temperature was also a bit uneven for the room.

Just a short walk out of town, beautiful serene location, very attentive staff, just don’t take the suite because it’s parking lot side. The restaurant is high end service and cuisine, staff is excellent from breakfast to dinner. The gym is small but decent equipment.

Die Lage mit Blick aufs Meer und die Felsen ist atemberaubend schön. Besonderheit: Direkter Zugang zum Meer. Sowohl die Liegen auf dem Steg, als auch die Liegen oberhalb am Pool Bereich bieten eine tolle Aussicht.
Natürlich ist die erste Reihe der Liegen am Vorteilhaftesten, da sie einen direkten Blick aufs Meer bieten.
Sehr zuvorkommendes, professionelles und hilfsbereites Team mit einem persönlichen und freundlichen Touch.
Das Frühstück war Qualitiv sehr gut, alles war frisch zubereitet (toller, selbst gebackener Apfelkuchen), eine übersichtliche und gerade deshalb sehr gute Auswahl für jeden und ein zusätzliches a la carte Menü. Ich empfand das Personal beim Frühstück sehr aufmerksam, da regelmäßig abgeräumt wurde und auch immer nach offen Wünschen gefragt wurde.
Das Fitnessstudio war mit guten und modernen Geräten ausgestattet!
Das Einizige, was ich auch als nicht so schön empfunden habe war, dass einige Gäste sich die Liegen auf dem Steg schon um vor 7 Uhr reserviert haben und teilweise erst am Nachmittag überhaupt dorthin gekommen sind.
Eine separate Umkleide im Spa wäre toll gewesen;-)
Rundum ein toller Urlaub in der einzigartig gelegenen Bucht mit einem stylische Hotel, was in die Natur und die Felsen integriert ist.
