Wir waren zum ersten Mal in diesem wunderschönen exzellent gelegenen Hotel. Der Empfang durch die Rezeptionistin Helena war sehr herzlich und ihre Tips betreffend Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants haben uns den Urlaub noch wesentlich verbessert. Die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt ausgelegt mit einem sehr frischen Flair und entsprachen komplett unseren Wünschen. Generell war das Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der eigene Strand: sehr gepflegt, Bedienung 1A und sehr entspannend. Können dieses Hotel nur empfehlen und werden sicherlich unseren nächsten Urlaub in Opatija wieder dort verbringen.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön gelegen und edel ausgestattet. Alles ist blitzsauber. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr schön eingerichtet, das Essen ausgezeichnet und das Personal äußerst freundlich und bemüht um die Gäste. Es war eine schöne Erfahrung so respektvoll und nett behandelt zu werden. Außerdem liegt es direkt an der Lungomare. Wer Genuss und Erholung sucht ist hier goldrichtig! Das alles bekommt man hier auch noch zu vernünftigen Preisen. Wir waren begeistert und werden sicher wieder kommen!

A wonderful weekend spent with my daughter. Exceptional hospitality of the hotel staff, a room with a sea view, excellent room service. And in the evening a gourmet experience with chef Mateo Frlan. All in all, it really deserves five stars.

Obwohl man im Hotel übernachtet, muss man für die Liegestühle am Strand züsätzlich 20-25€ pro Pers dazu zahlen. Finde ich eine frechheit.

The manager at the front desk is terrible. We witnessed problems with other guests and had a very unprofessional attitude. At one point he tried to persuade my wife that in this hotel a king bed is considered 2 singles pushed together. The rest of the staff were excellent.
