Excellent! Great hotel in all aspects, true sea view room, superb view. The breakfast is rich and delicious, the waiters are very nice, and the price in winter is very good value. Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night. If I have time to live for a few more days, I will be fine.

The hotel is an Austro-Hungarian Empire style building. The rooms are not big but adequate and the service is very good. The hotel's paid parking lot is a bit far away. If you park within 24 hours, it is more cost-effective to park in the public parking lot downstairs.

Enjoyed my stay. Perfect location, directly on the promenade / Lungomare and close to Opatija's city center. Indoor pool with sea water works till 19-00. Rich breakfast from 07-00 till 10-00. It is a five-star, the room is large, and parking is provided. It is very close to the beach. It is too comfortable to take a walk. Facilities: They are all very new, and they are barrier-free rooms, which feel very intimate
