Location wise and room wise its very very good but if they provide some amenities like towels and tea or coffee even if chargeable that eould be more beneficial

It was a pleasant stay. The hill view room is good. It was easy to find the location. Overall it was good

The room was very dirty. Towels weren't provided even when asked for the same. The bed had so many stains. There were bed bugs under the mattress. The wifi is still not fixed. One of the bathrooms doesn't have a toilet seat and the other doesn't have a shower head.

They were not interested to serve booking customers, not good mattresses, no room boys, not responding properly i'm giving 2 that is also waste more over waste of money

No amenities. No service. No security for your belongings. Rooms are small and stinky. Book at your own risk. Maybe good for bachelors but not for families. My vehicle got scratched by a few uncontrolled guest during a night party. I did complain about this but the hotel attendant never responded.
