It was good over all, but could be improved on giving comfortable features such as conditioned room. It was super cold, the fire didn’t go as expected.

While the property is huge n beautiful. Service is a bit of a letdown. N they are a bit stingy with anything extra. For bonfire in this cold weather they said extra payment needed. Even for something as silly as fried noodles on top of hot n sour soup. Even that they won't give. Not sure how that helps. Also no heater in the rooms

Kluney manor is an excellent property with great antiquity
staff is very supportive & food is excellent
overall ambience of the property is encapsulating
things which may be improved:
1. Lighting inside rooms - may be it's kept low intentionally to give a rustic look but a little more brightness will be better
2. Some local dishes can be added to menu to enrich the experience

Royal stay they provide a royal stay. But doesn’t provide a complementary breakfast and ther is no privacy
