This was our second time staying here but not so pleasant this time
Food was average
And some of the staffs didn’t pay attention to the room issues like
flash not working in morning ;
requesting to have breakfast during waiting time ( which looked liked a good gesture coz breakfast time was almost over and why to waste food but later asking to pay ( which should had been informed priorly )

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, and they went out of their way to ensure every part of our experience was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The dining options were excellent, with a variety of fresh and delicious meals that catered to all ages. One thing that stood out to us was how wonderfully the staff engaged with our child. They didn’t just accommodate families—they actively made our little one feel included and entertained, which added a special warmth to our trip. Every member of the team we interacted with was polite, attentive, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find a place where hospitality feels this personal. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families, looking for a stay that combines comfort, quality, and heartfelt service.

An excellent cozy hotel for couples friends n family. Greeted by a friendly front reception Special Mentions for Miss Monika her, recommendations n helpful nature and also efficient Mr Kartik n Dikshit. The Restaurant n Bar were clean and the vegetarian food was excellent and a good spread of food items. Special Mentions : Chef Raj n Sarvanan and an eager smilling serving staff Shri lakshmi &Sharmila. Overall Excellent hotel to be recommended.

Fortune Resort Sullivan Court in Ooty is an excellent hotel for Coeliacs to stay at in its price range. On arrival, we spoke to senior staff and explained the need for GF diet for my partner. We had emailed also prior to arrival. From that point on, we can not fault the effort and skill of the staff to provide a perfect stay free of worry. Raja, the chef, was clearly inspired by the challenge of providing gorgeous breakfast and dinner meals. The serving staff were all wonderful. The garden view room we stayed in was very comfortable, well set up and clean. The bar was cozy with attentive staff. The hotel itself is well positioned in Ooty with good service road. We were so impressed that we will certainly stay there if we visit the area again in the future.

Stayed in club room 323 Fantastic experience We had an infant with us and the kitchen staff were extremely accommodating of his food needs From the front desk staff to the security Mr Elangovan, it was a pleasure interacting with them. Looking forward to our next Ooty trip due to Sullivan Court👌🏼

It’s absolutely amazing place to stay, located in heart of city gives flexibility to reach any sites. Hospitality is amazing, very friendly staffs, available throughout day and night. If one is coming with family must choose this for convenience.. And at last, chai lover should visit this place. Food is also very good. Overall an amazing place to have your memorable vacation.

Actually this is for August 2023, we had a comfortable stay and staff was polite and accommodating. Kids took advantage of horse riding vendor at the property. The security guard named Mr. IlanGovan helped immensely watching over kids and caring for their well being and security as we wandered about the property firing our stay. Also, prompt to help older parents. Thankyou Sir!

This hotel exudes an old-world charm. It becomes special because of the staff, its friendliness and eagerness to address your smallest needs. It's well-kept - We found the rooms to be comfortable, the amenities adequate, and the kitchen simply awesome. I would recommend this hotel as a first choice for family and friends visiting Ooty. The weather made it better, the evening bonfires filled the chilly weather with warmth, and the 5 PM Tea tasting was a special touch.
