Very well constructed hotel by the owner but ruined their reputation by the management team. =Room was given to us with no towels, tea bag, broken kettle. We called multiple times to the reception for getting towels,tea bags etc. the breakfast fast menu was just idly, dosa, puri and bread for all the 3 days we stayed .They didn’t provide even jam or juice during the breakfast even though we spent 400 Rs for my 6 year old kid as well. We ate all our meals from the hotel for safety but the entire family was affected with stomach upset. In short this hotel ruined our entire Ooty trip.

Very nice Hotel. Lovely stay with our friends. Very nice service. Restaurant food is very tasty with very good service. Room are clean and neat. Hotel location is very near to all tourist places. Will visit again with our family. Must visit the property

Decent hotel to stay, however not worth the cost. If your requirement is just for rest at night, choose this. Breakfast arrangements were not so good. If you have plans to leave early for sightseeing, you need to skip breakfast.

Good bed to sleep on had a very comfortable night to spend with friends would love to come back again in Ooty and I will make sure that my stay should be here and all amenities were readily available to me and my friends so that made my trip experience much much good

staff is very good and polite ,room is very neat and clean,supportive area is 10 out of 10 stay feel’s like home must visit ,food is also very good near by ooty bus stand cleanness 10 area 10 staff 10 food 9 arvind is very helping and support so go nd enjoy ur visit
