Zostel Ooty was not at all good , the staff was not good ,the bed sheets were smelly and when asked for towel he said pay 40 rupees per towel. I would ask people not to go to Ooty zostel and not to spoil their stay , u will get better places in the same price . Don’t go There

I have not stayed in zostel because they won’t allow more than 4 members,they told they will cancel and refund the full amount through your make my trip till not there is no confirmation kindly do the need full

had a very nice stay at Zostel, Ooty. it was comfortable. booked for family of five. toilets were clean and had hot water facility round the clock. we had a nice picturesque view from Zostel and enjoyed it.

Yes the stay was okayish. The room lighting should have been better. Washrooms are not that bad. They have food court at the basement which you can pay and order. They have common washrooms outside as well. The only problem is even though there were no customers they didn't allow early check-in. They strictly allow only at 12 pm. I kept my luggage at common area. They provide camp fire from 8. 15 on to 9. 15 pm which is good.
