not recommend to the family..not clean not safe ..mis behavioral staffs. Nothing we liked. did not really value for money. Felt like cheated on the recommendations. Not value for money. wifi never works. parking is not available.

Worst hotel in Ooty. Only they take money but do not provide service. Bed sheets and Blankets are dirty. Staffs are not co operative. Overall felt bad experience. Location proper but manager is rough and didn't want to hear any types of complaints.
