Average Stay...Many good options are available near this hotel. Room Pics shared on google is totally different from actual photos. No Wifi Available in rooms. No Room Service Person available on call because there is no telephone in rooms. You have to go downstairs to tell reception if u need anything or if there is any problem. Television never worked. The reception person always said there is some issue but the actual issue was they were not doing DTH recharge. Actually its a pathetic hotel to stay.

The property is located at central Ooty itself which is a convenience if you are not very familiar with the place. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The room which we stayed in had access to a terrace which is converted as a lawn. This was a convenience since it was good for kids to play. For the amount which I had paid, the room and facilities were really good. Thankyou

Excellent stay in this hotel.cleanu room maintenance and customer service also excellent..call any time for customer service table for any help..and food service also good..we need extra pillow and blanket they provide immediately and he said no money for this

We took standard room for 3000 which is higher than budget room. Room too small 9 sqm. Not as the same in Google photo. No car parking nearby. Little to no room service.
The property owner was very rude charged us extra after booking from makemytrip. I don't suggest anyone to take room here.

very poor dirty atmosphere in and around don't go on Picture which is uploaded on site, Bathrooms were smelling like hell and the house keeping was nil, again for one hr. before check in they charged 500 extra,
Only location is good apart from that room & service is not good at all. They have made 2 rooms on top of each other on each floor, so the ceiling isn't more than 7ft height. Don't fall for the pictures over their website
plz avoid such a place.
